Thank you, they just wrote me back about that. Roche....good thing or easy to fake? They got me on the Roche Stress Away's twice. A few years ago it was a mistake, back in May it was a test. They have 15's too, but I'd rather test the waters with 7.5's and get something that I know will work. When? When somebody in the Soldier's neighborhood buys a new large appliance so I have a new cardboard box to sleep in. I live on N 8th st. in between 815 and 816, so my addy is 815.5, sometimes they get smart and say, "it looks more like 815.25." I don't get mad I just tell the driver that I won' be sharing today. Now that you all know my addy, come on down, we'll smoke a dust blunt together.

 
UPDATE:

A few days ago I posted that the tracking number I received from Palmira was no good and Fedex confirmed by phone they had nothing for my address.

Hear ye hear ye - My door bell started frantically ringing at 10: 24am this morning, and yes it was from our friends at Palmira, a few days late, but all accounted for.

Oh, and The Shattered Soldier, what should I bring to enjoy that dust blunt?

 
Can anyone else place an order right now? I have tried 3 different browsers, 4 different cards...and it keeps bringing me back to the store with an empty cart. I need to place this order TODAY, as I will be leaving next Monday for an extended vacation...sooo...any advice??

My recent temper tantrum shows how impatient I can be. They have delivered 100% for me, but let on order go a little astray and I go ape shit. But I am still 100%. We should just chill(you should pay more attention) B)

 
Haven't heard back about my missing 300 footballs. If it was just 50 or so I don't think I'd bother, but that's half my bloody order.

I've emailed Maria twice now asking if the missing garlic can be added to a new order I wish to make.

Yea man, I got shorted 50 cerevit which was only %17 of my order, but I was pissed. If it was %50 I'd be going apeshit..Good news is they did include the missing 50 on the my next order. I was told by Maria to add in what I was missing below where you in put your address..Also TSS went to bat for me/us and I think his email to them helped out quite a bit..Hope you get your missing 300 man, I think they they'll make it right. Keep us updated if you would be so kind...

Do you include your full name and order# with your question?

I introduce myself with my full name and that I'm from DBG at the top of the letter.

This may assist with trust.

I also end with my first name.

Do you have them on your exceptions list?

Your service provider still may be randomly blocking them completely.

AOL does not do this.

You may want to get an email addy from them and use it for all orders in the future

I got a reply in less than 24 hours.

I haven't ordered from them in a while.

Didn't make a difference to them obviously.

I only type customer service emails in Klingon. Maybe that was the issue.

Anyway Maria has gotten back to me and promised to send the missing 300 garlic with my next order /default_happy.png . Now I just gotta wait till payday <_<

I found with them that they only ship on T and Th. So if you order on a Friday or Monday the earliest it will get out is T delivery on Weds, if no problems. So if on a Friday you will not get trk'g# till Weds morning unless you use their private email address and specifically ask them for the trk'ing # as soon as they get it and not wait till the next day to send it to you. And they constantly get my state wrong BUT the zip code is correct and that is what is used for delivery to local facility, and your actual address is correct. Over the years I have had only 2 disputes with them, one I lost because I accepted the package without looking. Well how the hell ya going to do that with the delivery person standing in front of you. The 2nd dispute they made good on.

Otherwise I've had good luck with them although the garlic seems a little weak (tolerance probably), the generic 1 and 2's Stress-away (The Shattered Soldier, I've never heard of 7.5 or 15, if we are talking about the same item, which I doubt, I have only heard of 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 Stress Away) is ok the Roche is bunk.

And please folks stop giving info on how these paces ship, with whom, how they package, etc. Do you think someone like Palm is going to be able to do what they do forever if this critical info is just laid out for those we don't really want to know about it? Think about that Novawasfine and others. Not flaming but common sense in this game!!!

They've been at it a long time and seem to know what they are doing. I agree that packaging should not be shared and all. Also their emails are slow as in 1 or 2 days to get a reply but I always get one (to a gmail special for them if it matters). The 1mg K Garlic is fine IMHO.

They usually deliver it to me in a light blue rusted out pickup truck in a brown paper bag. They've got a bunch of kids in the back and ask if I want to buy one. Their license plate # is IH8 INS.

So we can add gmail to the list, nice. But I got a message in less than 24 hours. I just started ordering from them, is the azithromycin any good?

 
I can only comment on 2 items:

Garlic 1mg K = Fine

Cholesteral Off = Works but you need to take 2. Better off with SL's generic for sure.

It looks like these guys are really turning things back around to how they were in the old days. They're taking care of their problems and, for some reason, are giving out extras. I think when this thread went up they got blitzed and weren't prepared for it. They probably hired some more help, and now that help is finally in the zone. That's my little take on the state of affairs. You can now continue to OD on small doses of stress aways. The Soldier needs to get back into this game, but the elderly couple that he used to steal china from to sell on eBay both passed away, mysteriously, the Soldier wasn't there stealing china when it happened, he was babysitting Hondurian kids and appraising them for adoption costs. Yup, that's where he was all night.

Been trying since last week to order, but my Visa CC kept getting denied, checked with bank, no problem there. Checked with Maria, no idea what she said in her reply, something about it not their fault, shrug anyway. So I used a MasterCard today (Mon 01/10) and bingo, order has gone through. Although no confirmation email, so probably no TN, so who knows when it'll turn up. Just glad to finally get the order in, and I included a note about my 300 garlics in the address box, so we'll see if they come through on that like they said :)

I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.
