Is the purple football with the triangle inside the K the garlic1mg? The 30ct for $25? Do they have more than 1 brand? I've just noticed different pricing for the same strength product and I want to make sure I don't order a bunch of the wrong thing. As always I'll keep the board up to date on experience with this IOP in return. Thanks to whoever can help me as fast as possible.. From what I understand they aren't all that great about email responses and I'd like to place this order as soon as possible as I've completely run out of meds.. :(

 
@opemden wish I asked that b4 ordering? Parsley no parsley, brand, or generic, too many choices. Was seeing purple sport ball like you. We can compare products when they arrive if u want?

@Hiarceric- call them if your shipping address is wrong, maybe they can reship since it will be returned.

Oh and I agree about the agdelina, WOW, can't get that at home unless being sedated for a minor medical procedure. Wish they had liquid /default_smile.png

They ship fast so your TN should sort out in a couple days, I had a similar issue but product arrived in 7 days.

sooooooo i finally have my tracking # in the system wich is good but its lookin like they double charged my card and it made my balance go negative so im not sure how bad my over drafts are cause i keep my account pretty tidey and havent had an over draft and i was wondering if possibly anybody could pm me a real email link to talk to them.......iv never had problems with these guys before and i understand things happen here and there but i would to figure out whats goin on with these guys.......if anybody has an email to them that works and could pm me it would b awesome :(

Sorry to hear that happened to you. I've heard that happening before. Usually due to customers hitting the enter key twice at the final transaction point thinking that that the first hit to did work,But in fact, it takes a bit to process so the more times you press enter, the more times you get billed for the same thing.

You may want to PM The Shattered Soldier as he seems to be the expert with this IOP and might be able to help you out. Aside from that, you can try and call them, or as a a last resort phone your credit card company and say you were mistakenly double billed - but be aware that might piss off the IOP, so don't do that unless everything else fails.

Isn't it the time invested that drives you crazy?? I know one thing I don't have a lot of is free time and 4 hours straightening out a simples error is a lot of work.

Glad you died get it sorted out. Imagine how much time you'd waste trying to fix an error like a bad address. OMG I'm getting flustered thinking about those times I had to do that in the past. LOL.

If I understand the code, the purple one doesn't have a K in the generic or brand name med in the US anyway. The one with a K is in thee same family of medicines but longer acting (although I've never noticed much difference between the 2 & have been given both by my docs over the years).

The older med with a V on it, that one acts longer but haven't had that for years, that's just what's in the medical literature.

How do you find out which one is purple?? The pictures do not show up on the webpage?? Tried fixing my browser but hat waist thee problem. Or was it???

 
No, there is no picture on their site. I just got my numero de track so I will keep ythe board up to date on how things go. I just did a small sample order of the garlic1mgx30 which if I understand correctly is the purple triangle k brand. If not I'll be sure to include that in my report. Wish me luck everyone, this is my first round with a new vendor so I'm anxious to get it over with and looking forward to seeing if these super fast ship times I keep hearing about are for real.

Well I am /default_biggrin.png/default_tongue.png/default_ohmy.png never lost or had seized or....anything else. This source has treated me bettter than my local Wal-mart.

.................ok so my order came and everything is legit but now i still have and extra charge on my CC and i got over draft charges and i kinda dont know what to do.........now i want everyone to know palmera is amazing and nothing like this has ever happend .....usally nothing but smiles and i am def not bad mouthing them,there the greatest..................... buuuuuuuuutttttt if sombody could pm me or help me figure out how to get ahold of them so i can fix the problem....id even be happy with a 2nd order but i didnt get a 2nd confimation # and i dont wanna dispute it with my CCC....idk....any help would be appreciated

Well, I think I'm over the hump. My letter has moved on from its first stop on this side of the pond so I'm looking forward to its arrival. I like the fact palmira offers tracking. I know the people who choose to use their services pay handsomely but its nice to know where your order stands instead of just waiting 2weeks for a knock at the door. So long as the count on my order is good I think I will be using palmira as my primary for the time being. Their shipping costs are admittedly higher than I would like to pay and their customer service department could use an extra set of hands to respond to emails but to me, getting paid orders to customers should be more important than answering emails from potential clients. I think its important to take care of your customers of course but obviously taking on new clients is in palmiras best interest. I am fine with that notion so long as they keep doing a great job in getting orders out to their existing customers.

 
Just put in a order for some garlic, I got a confirmation e-mail right away! So far so good, I will keep you guys posted on how everything turns out!! Have a good one!

One mistake I made by not waiting to have an answer was ordered is this is what I got as a purple ball thing we're all talking about. This is exactly how it looked on my verfication order email

Just to keep you guys informed I just got a TN, couple hours after I placed the order, it's not showing up on the tracking site, but I got hope, by the trend of this forum, it looks like I should have my t-shirts tommarow morning, will keep you updated, have a good one!

I think they're OK but looking back at order email, they were garlic 1mg. Someone else said garlic + parsley???

I sent them an email to ask but it may just be different strokes for different folks. I took Shattered Soldiers advice too but should have PM'd him to see which Garlic strength he prefers?

 
So, it has been months now since my seized order... I have emailed them MULTIPLE times with my scanned LL letter, sending them everything they needed to correct this, but have STILL not received a response...I am not willing to let this one go. Can anyone PM or post some help for me? Thanks all :)

Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety,etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.

Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
