Hi jc21. I wouldn't worry. I ordered same day and I expect to see it tomorrow or Tuesday latest. Even though a holiday Monday in the US the service(s) they use should be delivering. I have ordered several times from this IOP and have never ever gotten so much as an email confirmation, let alone a tracking number. But I have received each order without fail in 5-6 business days. Will say its a minor annoyance to pay an international overnight delivery fee and have it take that many days but compared to a lot of what's out there, price points are still good (even with all the little add ins and slight increase on the med prices) and the quality is really good. Hang in there, the P is a solid place IMHO. Have a great night. S.

 
Good morning. I hope all are well. My order that I made last Monday arrived about 20 minutes ago. All was in perfect condition and counts correct, etc. WIll comment on quality should it be anything other than what I have become used to from these folks. Have a great day everyone! S.

Hi. Appreciate the tip, but I have tried that one (.es) as well (when I first started using this IOP that is) and still never received a single response. As long as the orders are arriving in a reasonably short timeframe (although not really when you consider the overnight shipping costs and other add ons they do like "donations, etc.") I'm no longer that concered about not getting email order confirmations / TN emails from them. The orders have been arriving in that same 5-6 business day time frame since I started ordering from them. Oh and the quality has been consistently good on the meds...including today's... which I am now able to attest to. /default_tongue.png. Thanks! S.

Yes I use that addy also and have not had a single reponse of any kind. They still have said nothing about my two shorted order or the multiple suggestions I sent them to help increase their business. Without a response I don't know what is going on and if I should just keep sending emails and hope they are actually reading them and are going to make it right. But quite honestly I'm not to hopeful.

Hi, Geo. I know it's none of my business really, but how much did you get shorted? I think it's likely that just about all of us have been screwed one way or another in this game we are in. It could be short counts, chalk, no delivery, your credit card gets compromised, etc.... the list goes on. I guess I'm saying if you took a big hit i understand the anger and frustration. But if you have dealt with this IOP for a long time and they normally have been good to great for you, maybe you chalk it up to being like the order that doesn't get through customs or the order from some other vendor that sent you bunks. If it's a couple of tabs I guess my question would be if they by accident sent you a double shipment (or 20 extra tabs, etc), would you return them? Just like we get scammed and screwed over all the time, the legit vendors do as well get f'd over by people. PLEASE KNOW that I am in no way trying to insinuate that you are trying to get over on them, I believe 100% you were shorted and I think it blows that they seem to be ignoring the issue. On the flip, so many people have had good experiences, myself included... I guess I can sort of see their side too. But if you paid by CC and you are getting nowhere... do the chargeback... the longer you wait, the less credible your chargeback will seem to your bank. I hope that it all gets straightened out for you,,, I have walked in your current shoes more than once, but not with this IOP. Good luck. S

Thanks for the comments. I was shorted a total of 90 tabs. and I ave used them for years with no problems except on which occured over this xmas. The package went through Memphis custom and got siezed. The usual route goes through south FL and never had a customs problem there. To Palmiras credit about 13 days later the courier showd up unexpectedly with the replacement for the siezed order. So I'm going to patient and see what transpire over the next several days and go from there.

Heard back from Palmira today. Turns out my credit card was declined. Weird because I tried one card and that came back declined right away. It seemed to accept the second one, but I guess not.

Called the card today and sure enough no charge was made. Anyone else having trouble buying with Visa?

Is this place still running smooth or should I hold off?
This place will never exactly run smooth. Aside from Geocat's problem, everything seems to be going ok. I'd say things are back to "Palmira normal" which is as good as it can get. I would love to pistol whip them for not getting back to me on Geocat's situation, but yeah, to be fair everything appears to be going well from what I've been reading.

Hi, I have not been having any issues at all, except the brief worries when their site changed its look. Counts and quality both spot on... only thing that is bugging me a little bit is the express shipping cost that ends up being 5-6 business days. But, that small annoyance aside, all is good for me with them. Most recent order was received yesterday and I ordered that the previous Monday afternoon. Have a great night. S.

 
I've had succes with these guys twice, but now I'm hesitant to order. With their penchant for leaving out pills, I don't want to order 5x30 and have 30 pills show up at my door, when I used to be able to just order 150 or 300 at a time and not have to worry about it.

Credit card issues as in double charges? No, I haven't seen any reports of that happening when using the correct site. As long as the site you're at matches the name of this thread then you're good to go.
