Hi, Harry. It's probably your card issuer. Some have sites they black list or if unusual spending (foreign) they decline automatically.. Try a different card or call your card company and advise you are going to make a purchase in Honduras online. They will then authorize normally.
Last order. Made on Monday. No confirmation Email, no tracking number. Like clockwork, order showed up the following Monday, 100% spot on. Only thing is they need to press harder with the pen on the form.... this last one was so faint it was almost unreadable.
