Just curious RH, why are you pushing so hard to have this vendor blacklisted? Yes their communication sucks, as does their customer service (or lack thereof), but it has been like that since the beginning. The majority of people receive what they ordered within 7 days time, max. That can't be said for a lot of IOPs.
In Short what are you trying to say?

You wouldnt have a vested interest in them would you?

BTW, I PM'd you with the way things use to be done when someone gets scammed.

Got your PM, I do appreciate that you try to look out for fellow members.  That's great and more people should be proactive when it comes to saving people from throwing away their hard earned cash.

Basically it just seems that you really want to see Palmira blacklisted.  To me, blacklisted vendors should be known scammers, who either don't send products at all or send fakes.  Palmira consistently does deliver, however as I stated before, from what I've read their communication and customer service flat out suck,  Going through the thread, they have made good on some shorted orders, it has just been a hassle for people to have that done due to the shitty CS. 

I've never used Palmira either, and probably never will, I just don't think a vendor with as much good feedback as this should be blacklisted.  So long as the good continues to outweigh the bad.  That's all I'm trying to say.

 
Can you believe it? I just received an email with a tracking number. The number doesn't work yet so we will see!!!
I've noticed that with P usually the tracking # do not work for some odd reason, maybe half the time, but low and behold it always arrives.

 
I just went through a few week ordeal. Communication is not there. Except right around noon eastern time, you may get some response then.

But I can tell you after a mishap, which I learned later was a bad timing issue on the CC approval, my money was given back to me. They are honest people and will talk with you. It may take a day or so on the communication.

I'm really glad to hear that you got your funds back!
 
Palmira has been and always will be an order at your own risk IOP.  Not exactly one of your 100 percenter's when it comes to accurate, dependable, hassle free service which is why I've always enjoyed working with the members who use this particular vendor.  However, sometimes they short you on pills and refuse to reimburse you.  Other times they don't honor customs letters.  Most of the time they don't respond to emails.  And most importantly, some of their pills are fake.

With the way they've been behaving lately, which is an all time low, I wouldn't mind it if we threw this thread into the depths of hell.  Just slide Palmira right in there next to Club Alp.  I personally don't believe Palmira will give two shits about it.  It's sad to know that MM just figured out what a "forum" is, but seriously, do you really expect a 12 year old Honduran orphan to know
about DBG?

As always, if anyone is placing an order and doesn't know what meds are good, bad, or just plain mediocre, please shoot me a PM and I'll try to help as best as possible.  I'd like to invite Raph to assist you in any communication problems you may be having since MM seems to like him more than MM likes me.

 
I agree with you this behavior lately is just plain old sub par and unacceptable, and id be more than happy to help any fellow member out with M, wether its communicating with her or whatever it might be, please don't hesitate! That's what this community was put here!

 
I received my TN yesterday afternoon. Called the shipper to verify it was a correct

Tn and it wasn't so I gave the destination address. No packages planned to go to my address either. Today will be day 7, and in their emails and confirmations, they state to expect to see your package in 5-7 days. All of my other orders were 3 days.

Sent another communication to the .es addy without a response. In the meantime, downed 12 circuplexes( I really only have a 5 cerevit day tolerance) and don't feel like I should be feeling. Having second thoughts about the future of this vendor.

Maria please read or have someone read these to you...we want you to succeed.

Been away for a while. I agree with you now on this IOP. Use to be Johnny on the spot. But recently - no communication, no telephone to call, no response, sometimes a tkng #, sometimes not and in my case two orders were shorted. One in dec and one in jan. After many emails to them about he situation - I have received exactly 0. Ralph is going to wmail to MM on my behalf but right now I think it is useless. So my view is they are showing the charateristics of other "going down hill" IOP's and whoever orders from them beware. One person may get everything just right and the next two people will probably get some kind of problem - delayed shipment, CC problems, wrong meds, fake meds, shorted orders, etc. So I'll not order again until I see they have gotten their at back together again. Just my personal experience.

Ordered 2/6 before 8am... Wow, tn says picked up 2/13. @ 12:38pm today. It must be taking a long time internal forPalmira to fill orders. Expected delivery date the 18th, but in the past, it has been next day. We'll see if I get it tomorrow like normal or they have changed shipping methods too. Hmmmm...

 
The tn is working now for me and says in transit. They were a lot quicker the last time but I guess I was spoiled!! It says deliver by the 19th but I also got it the next day do we will see as well!! Hope they didn't send me Allegra!!!

 
Tracking Numbers:

They have always sent my tracking number the same day I place my order, however it of course never works until they actually ship the order which is usually four to five days later and I always receive the very next day after shipping.  If it were me, I would not be concerned about about a non working tracking number unless it is still not working after six or seven days of receiving it.

Well guess what came in the mail before 10? My package and it was what I ordered. I am relieved... It was only a week and 1 day after I ordered. I really was worried but they came through just not like the quick turnaround like the previous time!! Still poor communication though!!!

 
Mine finally came 9 days later.  Each of the items I ordered were 4-10 short.  Add that up, and I probably got shorted 50-100.  A big deal, probably not, but multiply that by all their customers, man they must be making a killing with these short orders.  I must say to be fair, previous orders have had 1-2 extra of each item, so it could be they were slammed because they sent out all that spam email and were trying to keep their supply to fill all the orders.

 
Good morning.  I placed an order 02/07 so my expectation based on my previous orders with them (regardless of their short window guarentee that never happens) is that it would have arrived yesterday or today.  Well, designated carrier that has delivered all of my previous orders from them has already been here today... and no order.  So they are absolutely slipping / slacking.  Not panicing or anything, or even really worried yet, but should Monday come and still nada... I will be pi$$ed, especially since I have never ever received a confirmation or TN from them on ANY order, just the hit to my card.  Then again, due to the reduced ship price, I am wondering if they went to a later delivery time that what has been the norm (AM delivery).  That or as others mentioned... with all the multiple emails sent, maybe they are just stacked with too many orders and not enough hands.  Anyhow, just wanted to update as I know this IOP is a growing concern for all who are using it and/or following it.  Will update status on Monday.  Have a great day and nice weekend.  S-

 
I have always received a tracking number so far and have not been shorted yet. I hope they can get their stuff together. If not, time to move on!!

 
My second order with Palmira came through, took 3 days to get tracking # and then receieved 2 days later, 5 days total. First order took only 3 days. Their email addresses and phone number dont work so customer service is nill.

They stole everything I had in my home: cash, electronics, and mags, and forced me to transfer $20K in Bitcoin. it is a huge loss and I'm still reeling trying to figure out what i.can do to recover. For now I'm just trying to secure what little I have left so they can't take anything else.
