HM been away over the holidays changing jobs. had to kick for a month or so , any chance i can back into ur customer pool.
Yesir you're very much welcome in my store. If memory serves me correctly your particular product is one of the few I usually always have on hand and I'm expecting a better version of it very soon. Not sure if I still have your contact info, if someone could PM 386 that would be most appreciated

GB74 you're welcome to contact me, not sure what you're looking for and odds are it'll be a few weeks until I can help you but hit me up and we can go from there.

Could a staff member please contact me, I'm very interested in doing something like proposed in the above link. If it's ok with admin I would like to have a board rep or two.

For all my customers waiting in line, existing customers, anyone on the board please take advantage of the new vendor Jewbacca introduced. I have never personally worked with them but I'm 110% confident they are legit if Jewy endorses them. Like I said a few pages back he not only helped me personally through some troubling times but he's also helped everyone here more than you know behind the scenes. Obviously most of you already know this, especially the unfortunate members in the SY section. Like many of you, having met jewy has restored my faith in the hope for kindness in other human beings. Personally I do the right thing as a matter of logic but J is a genuinely good person who does nice things without expecting anything in return. My only warning about Midtown is to act quickly! Even if their capacity is 10x of my own I can say with certainty they will be overwhelmed in no time. Oh and thanks again jewy, hopefully this new source will relieve some pressure off of myself and I won't feel so bad about not being able to help more members.

Heisenberg, I've never mentioned you before but you are also equally important to DBG and I'm glad Jewy has you as a partner. You've also introduced some top notch vendors that I've actually used myself. Thank you sir, your presence here and what you bring to the table is very much appreciated. If you ever need anything at all don't hesitate to drop me a line.

I think this board is pulling away from the pack! Easy going yet fair admin, highly intelligent and level headed moderators and an ever increasing selection of dependable vendors. I'm very excited to be a small part of this wonderful community and I hope everyone else feels the same!

Peace ~ Hydreaux

I will be interested to see if any movement towards or in opposition of this re-proposed topic emerges.

My concept and general understanding of 'progressive' is a when a collection of individuals are not only supportive of progress, but have an understanding of both the value and necessity that any successful establishment must consider, not only as a means for survival, but as a reflection of mature character.

We are a community not only lead by intelligent Administration, but an effective Moderating team.

This team of strong, unified and respectful leadership serves to educate and empower it's membership.

My opinion alone (and again, I am only one tiny blip on the map of this richly unique, layered and strong community).

Thank you Hydreaux Man, for encouraging, what I think is a concept worthy of thought, even if no action emerges from it's mention.

Peace,

Beranda

Beranda, you are one of my most valued customers and even though I'm constantly changing things and making adjustments you've been supportive and I appreciate that. As you've said in the post above, as well as in other posts, evolving is a necessity. That's true in any business but I think it's even more important in this field and actually imperative if one would like to be successful for an extended period. I'm glad at least one person understands my vision and I hope many more will be able to do the same. My logic tells me to continuously change every aspect of the process long before it requires change, even if it's ultimately unnecessary I think it's better than becoming stale and predictive. In other words it's my belief that a vendors "store" should be maintained like an aircraft. It's not something you try fixing mid-flight, you break it all down and rebuild while it's safely tucked away in the hangar. Everyone here has witnessed what happens when we become complacent and develop a routine. I hope the parties involved in that situation realize this fact and adapt to their problems in a couple of key sectors of service, I won't elaborate or speculate but I'm sure a few people can follow what I'm saying. If I am allowed to have a pair of representatives you'll definitely be one of the first considered B! You're a very intelligent woman, very well spoken and you have a strong grasp on what's running through my mind when I make these decisions.

Like I previously mentioned I encourage everyone to consider the new vendor Jewy has introduced. Obviously I'm always hovering at full capacity, even when I expand my inventory and I have no idea what the new vendor can handle but if enough people decide to do business this side of the border maybe our friends down south will be more motivated to progress and pull out of the rut they've dug for themselves.

Just wanted to drop a quick note stating the obvious. . .the H-man comes through again with flying colors. . all top notch and in an expeditious fashion. . . It amazes me every time how the guy will actually take the time to compose an email to you beyond just a brief single one-liner like most of us are probably used to seeing. . . knowing he is probably busy as hell. Anyway, not telling you guys anything you haven't heard over and over through all 30 pages of this thread. . .

Have a good evening all. . .

I just wanted to share an e mail that HM sent me, within maybe 45 min. of my request being sent. I have deleted anything that might not be allowed or personal info:

Well I'm totally out right now and my next order is spoken for already. If you want (deleted) I'm pretty sure midtown will have them, the new vendor Jewy introduced. Shoot them an email and mention I sent you, I'll let jewy know to give them a heads up as I think you're a great customer and they'll enjoy serving you.
All the best ~ Hydreauxman

I can not think of anything to say here as I believe this e mail says it all.

Very well said sir.....

Well, for real I know there is no joke in there but if you consider what is on some vendors list there could be /default_smile.png .
Sorry to be snappy SJ, nothing but respect for your bro.  I'm just totally f'n cranky cause I had to get into work by 4am today in the pouring rain... I should probably just pull the plug on my keyboard but need to work in between being a cranky SOB.  No disrespect meant, just looking out for KK man.  (I know that probably doesn't make sense but best I can do).  Have a good one S-

Received rare prod.

Top shelf as usual.

GREAT JOB !!

Thank you H

KK

Psh!  Did he hook you up with the Hello Kitty purse with matching wallet?  ALONG with the Bonne Bell Fruit Smackers Lip Balm Variety Pack?  Very rare, indeed.  I must have just missed it - I sent HM a message and he said, 'I'm fresh outta the Hello Kitty purses, yo!  And don't even ask me about those Fruit Smackers, I can't keep a grip on those!'  I just know that it has to be the two of you!

Hydreaux, I've been following this thread since I joined and I just want to say you have been doing a fantastic job!! Just got the post count to be able to tell you that. But like it was stated earlier, this is one of the only threads where all I see is nothing but positive feedback. It makes me happy and I am not even a customer of yours.  I am very aware that I am late to the party but add me to the bottom of the list. I'll be there with my sleeping bag and tent as well  /default_biggrin.png

You are killing me with the mention of "fruit smackers". I am still addicted to them.....it is my doc

Psh! Did he hook you up with the Hello Kitty purse with matching wallet? ALONG with the Bonne Bell Fruit Smackers Lip Balm Variety Pack? Very rare, indeed. Hi Dorothy,
Wow, things must have really changed since I last saw a list. I have got to get me one of these Hello Kitty purses ... er ... a man-purse fanny pack, preferably, but only if it includes the Bonne Bell lip balm.

Seriously, though, Dorothy, good looking out. IMHO you are of a rare breed and a valuable member of DBG, for what it's worth. I've been meaning to say so for a while.

Kind regards,

PR

  4. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Robert Duvall and a handful of others were a younger actors coach and always said no one worked as hard as those guys did. Robert Duvall and rest would read the full script 228 over and over, then after the last read they would go into how to perform their character. The young man had made it to meet Al who are greats and pull them to the side. And explain what his coach said. They all looked back and said out of every role you’ve seen me in. I have read it 228 by myself. 🫡 🫢 🫢 🫢
  5. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Sorry for comment below, but I couldn’t delete. Know I see the
  6. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: Yeah Robert Duvall passing is a hard one. RIP
  7. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Damn. Just heard Robert Duvall passed away Sunday. That’s a tough one. He’s one of my favorite actors. From Lonesome Dove to the Godfather and many others. We will miss you Mr Duvall. You entertained us for 7 decades. RIP
  8. L @ Layne_Cobain: @ClintEastwood make a post about it homie they’re gonna take down your message here cuz shout box isn’t really for talking shop just random shooting the shit exc but yeh just put your message in a post on the forum in the appropriate place and ppl will get at you! 👊 ✌️
  9. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Just wondering if anyone well trusted has a supply of research thienos or benz in powders for good average prices? Or could give a shout out from me to him? Or the best lowest per each? I’ve seen some cool and some i just know are worth it. Good price rv presses too but it is much more bang for your buck. I have one good vendor. But am looking for variety’s well. Send me a message or reply if you think any. Thanks - CLINT E. Any Heavy stuff too which all seem about the ssmmmmmm
  10. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I always thought I should’ve been born in a much earlier time but I will say, i do enjoy my Xbox and occasional TV series tho 😂
  11. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I just wish the opioid epidemic never happened. Fk the turn of the century (which would be cool no doubt)! Many of my friends and family would’ve ended up in asylums like so many others. I just wish I could get back all those I’ve lost since the start
  12. L @ Layne_Cobain: 1914 I meant
  13. L @ Layne_Cobain: I often wish I lived during the turn of the century or at least before the Harrison narcotics act or whatever I think it was 1924 the fun ended but anyway yeh being able to get laudanum, ❄️ and amphetamine at the local friendly pharmacy
  14. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Chew on the leaves with a bit of slaked lime and enjoy the mild boost you get from the raw base.
  15. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I’m sure you know the folks in the mountainous regions along South Americas pacific side buy cócà leaves at the local farmers market just to help acclimate to the higher elevation when they have to head up into the hills.
  16. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I would certainly have bought it, swilled it, enjoyed it…. Why not? A little boost in your juice isn’t going to hurt anyone.
  17. R @ Royboy99: Exports were reported to have around 7.2mg per FL OZ, it’s success is what actually led to Coca Cola
  18. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Having cramps and husband thinks you’re acting hysterical (ie. PMS) the doc would either perform a certain massage to relieve the strains of motherhood and family life of that time or send you down to the local apothecary for a bottle of laudanum… A tincture of alcohol and 10% òpìųm. Fun days huh?
  19. R @ Royboy99: @malestrom: yeah thats it, my bad Mariani, yeah i considered that and also its ROA, which was oral so the bioavailability was lower than insufflation, higher degree of purity tho and longer duration … there was a significant marked increase of patents filed by Edison during the time it was released in the US. Presidents were known to use it as well, and the Queen. The pope awarded the wine the Vatican gold medal award
  20. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I think it was called vin Mariani. But yeah, it was all the rave back in the turn to the 20th century. Original formula Coca Cola did it for a while too. I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.
