Now that I look at everyone's avatars and imagine them naked. Thanks. Just changed the way I view the circles. Oh my oh my. I think my custom skellator avatar has allredy assumed the position and he is surrounded by b3nz0s and a s0ma. Looks like a good time. Am I right..

I don't really want to say if I look good or not....I am 44 years old and 6'2" tall and weigh 177 lbs.   I stopped drinking regularly about 2 years ago and lost 15 lbs in 3 months without exercise. I then started doing a form of yoga called power yoga where the room is heated and the pace is fast (for a yoga class) and lost another 15 lbs.  

I don't turn the lights off and sometimes I even leave the blinds open
