I've used it a couple of times when waiting on packs..it takes away all physical symptoms of opiate withdrawal. There's a "master doc" if you look around on reddit, kinda explains it all. Me personally I take 50-70mgs and that holds me about 10-12 hours. I should stress the way I've used it is not recommended. It's advised it should only be used when you're done for real because some people report inability to feel opiates at all after repeated use. This produces 0 euphoria or any positive effects besides keeping you well/not dope sick. AMA

Anyone here use SR to get off n€thad0n€?? Wonder what would be a good dose and how long id have to taper to get off 120 mg…once I tried tapering and went down 5 mg a week (no SR obviously) and it was tolerable but I stopped at 90 started psyching myself out wish I hadn’t stopped anyways went back up to 120.

Wanna come up with a dosing regiment/schedule to finally beat the liquid handcuffs. Anyone have any ideas on dosage and regiment exc appreciate it greatly. Also need to check out r/opi’s exc sure ppl on there have some insight.

Would be interested in this myself....25 years on the program and I had pretty much resigned myself to being on it for life.

Come across many sources over the past few months (although many of them are out of stock 90% of the time)

I just started learning about this stuff . Very curious , looking for a way to get off my replacement therapy .
When you are introducing SR, and lowering the dosage of the other stuff , do you still get a buzz or does SR block any of the good feelings you’d get ? Kind of like with subs , if you take other stuff with it you will not really feel it .
