Well, I certainly hope that no "clowns" get the wrong idea...Thanks for the feedback AK. Glad that the menu arrived, and Kelly does a great job personalizing customer communication often as she can. Not sure how she does it to be honest, other than putting a lot of unpaid hours in at home on the weekends. I guess her, Heisenberg and I have a lot in common in that regard, LOL! Anyway, thanks again for the feedback, and I'm glad to hear they're getting caught up down there. The week following their annual holiday break is always a circus.

I agree with the above opinion of Jewy. Patient and sweet. I'm super excited to get my menu. Feel like a lil kid waiting for a present lol. Had a bad interaction w someone F2F that I have dealt w for quite a few years so that's it!! No more! Me too!Think they must be backed up. Rec'd menu over weekend, asked for confirmation of 3 items I wanted to test were still in stock and B/L pricing and a Pop drop so to speak. Radio silence. NBD.... have a feeling the wait will be well worth it. S-
