given the history of these type of boards and the fact i have no idea who you or anyone else is on here i think its not

odd to question things. this thread is 7 pgs with no one except mods reporting anything. That seems weird to me,esp with the SY network falling apart.

Their whole ordering system is fairly different to other vendors, which gave me a bit of pause. I have been ripped off for a few grand by SY guys in the past.

Things are changing rapidly in the 'scene here and on the dark net and i am more than a little paranoid about it.

I am just trying to find a new reliable source like anyone else. I am also interested in possibly becoming a vendor or sub vendor on here for certain meds that no one seems to be offering

anyway like i said, sorry, i will prob order a test order and like i did with HM & others will put an honest report about my experiences

I would keep those desires to myself, as members are not permitted to be vendors or otherwise sell on DBG, although I guess that at least partially explains your disdain for, and disappointment in, this vendor's pricing. They certainly are not a "wholesale" supplier for "sub vendors", or any vendor for that matter.

As for your other comments, you're entitled to your viewpoints, so I have nothing more to offer. However, what I will say is that I find nothing "weird" at all in Heisenberg and I being the only ones to post having received successfully. For one, I've known this vendor for more than a decade, and I was the one to convince them to come to DBG, and being a fellow moderator and friend, I referred Heisenberg to this vendor long before introducing them to the board. Otherwise, they've been here a week, so what more can I say?

No one is holding a gun to anyone's head to order from this or any other vendor, so please conduct yourself in whatever way you feel comfortable. And again, this vendor will be moving to the VIP section as of this weekend, so let's just leave the matter where it is. Given that you have a place with Hydreaux Man, I would simply recommend staying with him.

Well you just explained why you made the list of people who have placed a thoroughly vetted (by admin and both of our moderators), legitimate source in jeopardy for those of us who are able to follow the rules that were crystal clear regarding how to conduct oneself with this vendor.  Seeing as you also wish to be be  "vendor".... it also becomes, at least IMHO, painfully obvious of your intent.  If I had a vote (and I certainly do not) I would be typing this to a former DBG member.... S-

Wow this is upsetting to say the least. One bad apple spoils the bunch or I guess more than ONE bad apple in this case. I can't even imagine how someone would have the nerve to curse, insult, or make derogatory remarks to a vendor or employee. I was pretty thrilled to have this opportunity and now others turn it to sh**. Sorry for these words if they are harsh but I'm annoyed here.

MODERATOR UPDATE

As alluded to in my previous post, I am already receiving negative feedback from Midtown's patient care team regarding a number of bizarre, inappropriate and unprofessional emails that are coming from members of DBG, of which is shown below, although I will not post the members name, as it would violate Midtown's privacy policy to divulge even a potential customer communication publicly:

"WhaT is for hash and weed. I have the price of the gramps and Ets be real. Some one else chime in"

I have no idea what this even means, and this is the most benign of the half dozen messages they forwarded me for review. I chose this one because it was the only one that didn't contain profanity. I don't know how old some of you people are, or what's wrong with a number of you, but to send profanity laced tirades complaining about a vendor's pricing on certain products, and about "needing" products immediately that are clearly noted as being out of stock on their menu and making harassing, sexist remarks to their patient care staff as a result, will simply not fly with either this vendor, nor myself. This will stop, and it will stop immediately, or I will cease all efforts to bring new vendors to DBG, period. Further, in light of this problem, Midtown will be moved to the VIP section this weekend. While any non-VIP members who were issued a menu will be considered as customers, and who's requests for service will be honored, so long as they are made in a professional, dignified manner, once this thread is moved to the VIP section, no further menus will be issued to non-VIP members. And please, do not attempt to share menus already obtained with other non-VIP members after this thread is moved, as ALL new menu requests after that date will be vetted by the vendor and run by me for confirmation of VIP status before any response will be issued.

Nice work folks, it only took 8 days for a handful of you to drive away one of the industry's very best private vendors. I'm quite frankly surprised they were willing to remain as a VIP vendor, and I'm embarrassed and ashamed of my judgement in trusting that our general membership could conduct themselves in the manner in which this vendor is accustomed to. Rest assured that it will not happen again.

I for one am grateful that you tried.  Your good motives are what separate you (and H) from the ...whatever.  I can only pray that some good will come of this, somehow.  I'm stuttering...

Well ma'am, the good news is that wonderful, professional and courteous members such as yourself and many others have secured their place among Midtown's ranks, and despite being disappointed in some of the things they've seen from board members, they've also let me know how enjoyable the majority of DBG members have been to interact with. So, the news is not all bad by any means.

just to be clear this was a complete joke. like I said in another thread I treat my vendors like I treat people who handle my food, whether its WacArnodls or a 5 star restaurant I always say "please" and "thank you". I would never be a clown or disrespect any vendor

It will be a while before I'm eligible for the VIP section, but I do think you are making exactly the right move -- really, you've been left little choice.

How hard is it for folks to be polite and professional? Seriously folks. If you did the proper thing and read Jewbacca's post on the first page you should know how lucky we are he put the work in to make this happen.Thankfully I handled myself like a professional who wants to deal with OTHER professional people.

I emailed ONCE; waited for a reply.

I got a reply; THEN I replied offering them what they asked for.

Now I wait for them to review my account and reply back.

Very simple process. I even explained my 2 warning points and why I got them and that if they would like any other information regarding me to please feel free and ask.

If you want to work with professionals you must act like one. Simple as that.

Lastly, I want to thank Jewbacca & Heisenberg for putting in the work to make this happen.

The fact Jewbacca has been a client for over a decade should tell you how serious this is and how you should approach the situation.
