Thank you H! I feel the exact same way. It's a snowball effect, pain, chronic lack of sleep leads to anxiety, etc, It really affects my mood too. I am in pain, then I don't sleep, don't eat, then it's harder to maintain a positive outlook, things feel or seem more overwhelming. I do not think I have slept more than a 4 hour stretch for the past month, and I think if I could get some actual sleep, it would help tremendously. My PCP prescribed Zolp 5-10 mg, and for whatever reason, it does not work. I took 10mg and slept for 4 hours.Awesome plan J! I wish you the best in this crossover, LMK if you need any help along the way. The natural way is the best way!
Sorry to hear, LWD, hope you can find something soon to take care of these issues that are affecting you. Lack of sleep/insomnia is something that I can say I hate more than most anything, really affects my mood, motivation, outlook, you name it. Adding pain to that equation complicates things even more.
