Need Advice

Im glad its seeming to help. Definitely keep with it. Ive found that it definitely matters what videos I pick. For me it's better if it's something interesting enough that I want to listen to it but not so interesting/exciting that it keeps me awake wanting to listen to it. I listen to a lot of history and science videos. Another thing I do is make my room pitch black, and I dont look at any screens/bright lights after I get into bed. Keep it up! Thanks for the update

I finally might be seeing some real progress. The last few nights have been noticeably easier, and I’ve been falling asleep without lying there overthinking everything for hours. It’s still not perfect, but the difference is definitely noticeable. I’m really glad I gave your suggestions a proper try. Honestly, your advice has been more helpful than I expected. Glad to hear it. Its amazing how we can learn little ways to sort of trick our brain into performing how we need it to.
