ODSMT vendors?

Hey all, could someone inform me on how to gain access to the approved vendors section? It says something about needing to be a sponsor to be able to see them, or at least tell me how to get info on this autogen99 fella? My friend and I are in a serious bind right now due to Albion unexpectedly running out of stock right when we needed to re-up and we have very little remaining and I'm honestly terrified to deal with the w/ds because they're horrific. Any assistance would be massively appreciated.
