i'm working with tramadol, down to no hydros, dont care.

tried promethazine, lorperimaide soma and benzos.

soma seemed really potentiationg, sometimes had me likeWOW, but it is hard to duplicate results. but soma alone seems like something short lasting and nasty about it. promethazine i really can not say but was dissappointed especially after listening to lil wayne go on and on about it.

i still feek a bit of benzo potentiation but not like the days of xan/vic. i use bromazepam./ team

now i plan to go doen the list and see what happenin.

Hello all! Trying to raise this thread from the dead. I'd like to thank those who contributed, as I've learned of a few new ways to potentiate opioids. I plan to try Cimetidine (Tagamet), along with Benadryl, Aleve, and Tums tomorrow when I receive my order of Rocksees from Roberto. I have such a high tolerance and need all the help I can get in order to spread out my supply. 

Before I joined this site, I used another site for harm reduction information. Therefore I have used WGF Juice, Quinine (tonic water), and DXM in the past. However I wanted to caution those who use DXM, based on my experience. On other sites, I've seen people dose 240mg of DXM and above, therefore I thought a lot of DXM was necessary. I have purchased Maximum Strength Mucinex extended release 12 hour tablets because they each have 60 mgs of DXM. I once took at least 6 of them with an Oxyc0ntin, then about 6 hours later, when hardly feeling the oxy any longer, I took about 6-8 more tablets. So stupid. Honestly, it was so dumb. I had the most unpleasant "trip" while with my family. I cannot even explain what went on in my head, but it was awful. First complete paranoia (thought my husband was checking me into rehab), then realization that he had no idea what was going on in my brain, then a bizarre feeling throughout my entire body. I didn't think I'd ever make that mistake again ... but then I did one more time with Trams. Again, such an unpleasant trip!!! 

Anyway, since those who have posted have dosed such small amounts of DXM for potentiation, I was curious if anyone else had ever dosed really high amounts. I can't even imagine the damage I've done to my liver. Just curious if I'm the only idiot out there, LOL.  Let me know - thanks!

That's a lot of DXM.  Glad you are OK.  Never did use a large amount like that - risk of falling asleep and wasting the goodies!

I usually take a rox, two Tylenol and 3 omega hemp oil capsules and it does better then when I just do the roxee.

as for longer.

i know it was a bit to read through, but the gist of it is, when using opiates, there are receptors in the brain that the opiate chemicals attach to. The tagamet uses those same receptors in the brain that the opiates use. By using the tagamet to block those receptors, the opiates have no where to return, so they just bounce around until the receptors are finally cleared whent the tagamet wears off. This makes the time the opiates have to give you you pain releif/buzz whatever a longer life span as they are waiting for their "home port" to become available.

as for the higher strentgh, that comes from the anitihistimes and the robitussun. It is not a huge jump.

The whole process takes a while, and to be honest, alot of times i just use the tagamet when in a hurry, just to prolong the effects.

Years ago I was prescribed Dihydrocodeine.  It was called Sunalgos DC.. The opiate enhancer was in the capsule.  Promethazine..In fact at that time 1970’s people who were on Medicare had to pay for the drug so doctors wrote a prescription  for codeine and another for Promethazine.  It works. That was why I lied this drug so much.  As soon as Vicodin came out Dihydrocodeine just wasn’t prescribed anymore.. Today they do have it but the Promethazine was taken out..The only prescription that has the combo today is Demoral and Promethazine.. You can get Promethazine anywhere it’s cheap and it’s not conntrolledcontrolled
