pain management

@sunrise81 ...on the patch for years .... yes my teeth degraded as well ... thought it might be the mellow yellow sodas, smoking,  or the narcs... but the last best guess was the sleep apena created such a dry mouth, that it was the culprit  ...even if it was the m3ds... I have no quality of life without m3ds ... looking like I have m3th mouth ... does not do much to help the confidence to be seen in public ... but oh well .... I have come to realize ... unless you have had chronic pain for a period... they have no clue what life is like .... my fav phrase is ... you don't need all that stuff ... you could live with out it .... I just nod and go on ... if they only knew... without pain control .. I would have joined blackwater and gone on suicide missions, until I cashed my ticket ... hoping to get enough posts ... to unlock, acess to other parts, since I don't have crypo, just paypal, until then will just depend on f2f .... best of luck.. everyone

 
I know that this is an old discussion but need to vent. I'm also in pain management. Knocked down considerably from what I was on but still at least get something.  I'm getting the fentanyl patch and 3 10mg oxycodone a day.  I'm not pain free but tolerate it and I certainly have a lot of issues.  My spine is detached in different places and now they want me to have a 8 hour very intense surgery with no guarantees of making it off the table.  I'm not doing it.  Anyway in the meantime with all the other surgeries I've had I can't walk with out the pain meds. I was also on pins for years and they help me cope day to day. Especially after I lost my best friend my hero in life and confidant my brother. We did everything together for 54 years and I have days where I think about going to find him but I take a Klonopin and calm down. Well they took them away from me which was what led me to this site.  Well last month they found Klonopin in my system and they know that I had been on them in the past and they do show up in my system from time to time. What makes me so mad and sick of this bs is now pain management has access to your pharmacy to see what you are prescribed.  So the snotty little girl all proud of herself for finding that I haven't been prescribed any since late 16 calls to tell me what she found out and where I get them to take them. Without hesitation I told her I have a lot of Klonopin from all the years they were prescribed to me.  Well she didn't know what to say at that point but she has to talk to the nurse about this.  I feel like they were given to me and I have the right to take them as needed like it says on the bottle.  I don't see where I broke any rules of the contract where you sign your life away to begin with. I'm nervous now and wondering if they can in fact discharge me from there care. But the fact that everyone is able to look me up and be in my business really has me so pissed off. I made an appointment for medical marijuana card and I know I'll get it I just don't know if it will really work as well as they say and let me stay walking. I wish someone who has the same problems as I do could tell me if it really does work cause I really want out of this racket and being treated like a piece of trash and my business to be my own. Greatly appreciate any input. Thank you for letting me rant.

 
I would be completely happy with any pain management that had zero Sched 1 substances. JUST MAKE ONE THAT WORKS! It seems completely unbelievable that there are no options for people in pain. And the whole thing about doctors assuming everyone is faking their pain in order to get a script,  before the doctor even examines them....(Insert several offensive bad words here that imply what those kinds of doctors can do with their attitudes.)

I haven’t been to the doctors in years, though I know I need to go again soon. I’ve been so put off by how I am looked down upon and just generally not helped, Ive lived with pain as long as I can remember but I feel its getting worse, but I also believe im cognitive liberty amd have yet to take a piss test for literally anything.

If you’ve been following my joirnal you will see I am trying a multi pronged approach to find a solution that works, all on my own dime. I feel for anyone that was treated as less than a friend by a doctor. Half my family is in tje medical profession and ot shouldnt be this way.

But definitely what I ordered and I thought he was honest because I asked for something very close to it and i said what about that one. Yeah I got it. And the comms were wired and he was really wanting me to make his forum board look better. Now I know the first thing to look at even before the menu. But I have some business with usps tomorrow and will ask for everything mailed to me especially packages
