UGH! Well, stay away from the Viamin C kids, I think I underestimated those things, terrible night, even worse hangover, and I didn't even drink.

 
This site is a SCAM. Please save your time and money and find another IOP. Totally sketch in every sense; no confirmation email, double charges, no tracking numbers, no communication whatsoever and code names for their products which they claim take 3 days to get to your house. This is all BS. DO not trust regardless of what you read from others on this forum.

One bad experience and the site is a scam? Then you say the rest of of us are shills. Sit down, control your temper, and take a deep breath before you post. I have been giving out so many product codes for this site and everyone has reported back with a happy experience. Yes, they are an uncommon operation. Yes, their communication sucks. Yes, their shipping charges are crazy. But you are the FIRST person I have ever heard of who never received.

You say you never got a confirmation email? Well, that is a problem. I always get confirmation immediately after I order. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, and it doesn't work in your favor that these guys don't read their emails. You could get this resolved. I even sent them one a few days ago asking how they liked the extra business from DBG, no reply. If I can find an address for them that works, I will let you know. I'll got through my archives and see if we ever had a back and forth. A few years ago I had a problem and we did communicate, I'll try to look up the address we used and hope its different. If not, I am sending them an email about your problem, and I think everyone should.

 
How can I be the FIRST person who never received a package? have you seen the polls? 1/3 unhappy customers. They billed me twice. My Temper is totally acceptable. Maybe unsatisfied customers never report back so you never "hear" the results. As to your shill comment, what am I to expect? Like you said, I'm the only one who has not receive a package....on the whole forum. I think I have the right to be suspicious of 100% positive "member" experiences; a totally normal reaction.

Everything can't go perfectly, all the time. Clearly, a mistake was made on your order, and someone here is offering to help you. If I were you, I'd and STFU take the help, if the offer still stands.

We worked this out on PM's. Its clear that something went wrong and he should do a chargeback. When a vendor refuses to send you an item and refuses to communicate with you, even on eBay, you have a right to open a dispute. I've written to Palmira a few times about their popularity on this site and how they should give discounts for members, do they write me back? Nope.

 
Just started the charge back process but visa requires you wait 15 days before you make a claim...this is why you should never use your debit card. @ GAD, I'm not insulting members if those members were thinking about placing an order from this unreliable IOP. In my view, I'm helping. I hate when i see those 2 cherries on this forum, such negativity.

 
As I said on the other thread, there was an email found that they would actually reply to: orders@palmiradrugstore.com

And what's wrong with cherries? They make me think of happy times when having fun on slot machines.

I don't have time to go back and cut/paste/respond to each and every one of your stupid comments, But here's the blanket statement that should help you understand what I'm saying "DO not trust regardless of what you read from others on this forum." What? Who do think you are? You clearly have not taken the time to read through the posts to famililarize yourself with the ways in which you should communicate on this board. If you had, you might see that you have insulted all of us.

Besides insulting board members, you are damaging business relationships, and you really should watch your step. These IOP's rely on our good word for their business. You dont want to be the one to cost them business by making false acccusations, do you? You are very lucky that ShatteredSoldier came in and saved you from yourself you fu**ing moron.

umm they took my money and ran. Who I am is an unhappy customer. GAD communicates by name calling but, most likely, she is on a benzo rage. My experience has not been positive with this IOP. You think I should lie and say this was the best experience I have ever had even though it was shit? I DO want to cost them business but, not by making false accusations but by making accurate ones.

Once again, they charged me twice, no confirmation email, and total lack of communication + if you look at the polls many people are dissatisfied with this IOP.

Obviously GAD can't handle the truth. I'm the only on who has been able to contact them an even got a working email address which soldier re-posted from our PM.

Just read through all of GAD's posts; she has nothing to contribute i.e. if she ordered anything, time frame, advice.... All she does is read members posts and adds her opinion which she gathers from others experiences. GAD, have you had any personal experience using Palmira? I'm guessing not.

I'm tired of the flaming, this topic is for reports, comments, general feedback. Not people arguing, insulting each other, and going around in circles. Now GAD, it took an unusually long time to get your order. There must be something going on with the operation, I'm thinking it has to do with the influx of orders from this site. I would love it if O'Connell finally got his order.

After DB went down, Palmira lie dormant for a while and kept sending me promotional emails. When they were hot, they had to post a notice on their site that orders would take seven days to ship. Maybe it's supply, or it could just be the workload, you've seen their packaging, it takes some time and effort to do.

Who knows what's going on over there, but it seems like they are running into some problems.

I had no problem with this IOP. Got mine in 3 days and quality was fantastic, I'll order again...

That said , I'm sorry you had a bad experience, and that probably can happen with any IOP.

 
I've used them off and on for a few years. I had one bad experience with them and got a charge back. I'd say I've used them 20 times. All delivered with the exact product 19 out of 20 times in as little as 3 days and as much as 10 days. That's just been my experience with them. They are going up on their bottom line prices when they add all the extra they did not use to add. But besides the BI groups who will get much of what they have to you in 3-5 days? I'll use them until they truly rip me off. But in any IOP you pays your money and you takes your chances. JMO
