On a serious note, just wanted to share this. My friend was taking valium from pal a month straight. He is rx'd xanax but for w.e reasons his PM dr did a specific benzo test and to find out how much of each he had in his sytem. He stopped Vals 10 days prior to the test, and took purple 1mg xans from our friend up untill test. The tests came back at 2.9 valuim, His dr said that is the resuts of someone taking high doses everyday. Average is 1-2. that 2,9 was high.

My question is would valuim last that long in your sytem 10 days later? I always thought it was short acting. Anyways ifnot then that means these purple k's are spiked/mixed with valuim. Iv always thought of them stronger then american footballs and bars, that would explain why.

Next to Librium, Valium is the longest acting benzo that I know of, staying in your system with a half life of 40-120 hours (when active metabolities are factored in) , in other resources I've read more but I done lost my drug bible. The drug itself has a half life of approximately 40 hours. So, my little lesson on half lives.

This means that if you take 20mg of Valium, after 40 hours 10mg remains in your system.

After another 40 hours, 5mg remains in your system

After yet another 40 hours, 2.5mg remains in your system

After another 40 hours, 1.25mg remains in your system

So it takes 6 or 7 days to have only 1mg left of Valium in your system, even more to get all of it's active metabolites out of there. What this means as far as blood tests go? I have no clue. I do know that taking different benzos before a blood test will cause a cross reaction possibly creating an inaccurate reading. So Alps + V's may equal a higher reading.

But don't consider your question answered, there's still a lot of things I need to look into here. Just consider it food for thought.

Anyway, from Wikipedia, since I finally get to learn something new, 0,1-1.0 is the therapeutic level, 1-5 could get you a DUI, and if it hits somewhere around 20, you're dead.

Interesting... What makes you think/assume I don't have those specific board games?

Have you been snoopin' around my game room?

I do have surveillance cameras set up. Do I need to review the CCTV footage and look for some guy with a helmet and horns looking through my game collection?

Hmmmm...... just might be my midnight task.

Tapout123, vals are one of the longest acting benzos out there like Soldier said. This is why people taper off of short acting benzos like alps and loraz by using Val. Much more of a gradual comedown (especially once built up in the body) rather than just a quick up and down.

How many mg a day was your friend taking?

I would give em a 8/10... I've had two orders now, some of the tablets are lighter/darker in color than others, some are "speckled".. many of the tablets are pressed weird, with obvious quirks /default_tongue.png But quality-wise, they seem to work ok.

Now, the footballs are legit.. 9/10? 10/10? I can guarantee you they are alp from the taste itself. (Bitter-tasting)

Shattered Soldier was correct in his post. Although the half-life of Valium can be from 22hrs - 40hrs, the active metabolites are what a Blood Test will pick up. (And, assuredly, they will stay in your system for 10+ days.) I assume your friend had a blood test. Here's a little story for you /default_biggrin.png

Back in the day, this little pimp was a freshman in HS... well, a buddy of mine gave me some colorful pills. Let's just say they were Vals /default_tongue.png Well, my dumb ass stumbled around school, needless to say my parents caught on. Once I was coming home from school and sleeping for 4 hours every day LOL. Anyways, my buddy had told me "They won't show up on a drug test!"

My parents take my ass down to the hospital, where I cheerily proclaim my innocence up until the blood test. (I didn't flinch heh. Teenagers /default_rolleyes.gif ) It had been easily 2 weeks, and I wasn't doing big-boy doses. That day, I found out that blood tests are hard to bullshit LOL. My first time getting busted

VERY RECENTLY, I went to my doctor on a Monday, after "enjoying" a little too much cerevit over the weekend. Well, when they took my pulse, it was 68. I'm not even kidding you. They had to take my pulse by hand. And it been a full day since the weekend lmao... Ok, enough from me!

Am I the only one who gets a headache from their cerevit? It doesn't come at first, but a couple hours after taking it it hits and I feel like crap. Sticking with those amazing purple balls from here on out.

The last batch I had (1-2 months ago) didn't give me any headaches.. I think they are legitimate. But there is definitely something weird about the way they press the cerevit / the color of the tablets. (Compared to the footballs, that is, which look and work consistently top-notch).

Lol, I've got light blue, dark blue, etc. Some cerevit are almost white actually -- those ones break in half the easiest. Now, I don't mind getting tablets made from different "batches", if that explains why all the tablets look strange. But hopefully it's not one of those "throw in some fakes with the real ones" scheme. NOTE I'm not suggesting Palmira does this; I'm just curious as to why no 2 cerevit look identical /default_rolleyes.gif Especially because I don't order large quantities.

..As for quality, I'll have a better idea in a week or 2. Rome wasn't built in a day :D

I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.
