I have been a happy PALMIRA customer for years. Close to 10 years, I think. With hundreds of orders. ALL have been received and there has never been a problem.
Well, my luck may have changed. I placed an order a fortnight ago, and accidentally hit the 'process' button twice. It was too early to know if 2 payments were placed, so I waited for my credit card statement and sure enough, there are 2 payments on the same date for the same amount.
One order has been received, (400 Stilnox) however they have not answered any of the many emails I have sent them regarding the issue. Their listed phone number is crap, and all their emails are bouncing back. (and I tried 4 or 5 different emails).
I know some members of different boards, including this one, say they are scammers, but they have always been good to me.
The last time I posted something negative about a company, they finally came good because of the bad publicity. That was after failing to return emails, etc.
I hope PALMIRA are the same. Because, so far, they have scammed a loyal and frequent customer. It may just be an honest error, but give it another week, and I'll charge back and join the growing list of pissed off customers.
