and zonkedup i understand youre pissed but the amount of posts is getting rediculous. one or two should suffice on how you feel about them. 10+ is just wacky. i dont think blowing up their email will help either. its pretty clear on here they dont respond to emails, let alone how do you respond to 10 emails from one person when you have hundreds of customers.. maybe thats why they cant respond. just my 2. ill probly get a no show for the order i make today as instant karma for writing this haha

People who ordered after I did have rec'd.  But I took a real close look at courier record today and it shows a ship date of 08/26 when I had placed the order well before that so maybe what I ordered (not blue) was out of stock or something.  So while there is an odd message on the courier record, it's not out of line for it to not be here if it just shipped 8/26.  So I feel better but I'm wondering how I missed that ship date.  But being honest, I think you have to make that call on your own man about whether to order.  I have over 100 orders rec'd @ 100% (with some wrong and shitty stuff in those orders along the way) but this is the first one where I started tripping out over it not being here and for nothing as it's really too soon to fuckin worry on it.  I did not practice what I preach and that is stupidity on my part.  But even if this order never shows, I will be giving them one more shot because this would be their first non-rec'd by me in my history with them and others are still receiving.  S-

Zonked.. you need to chill with the illegible posts. Palmira is in the blacklist. You take a risk when you order from them. DGSB has explained all this quite well, in a manner that makes sense. And don't wildly accuse a new member of being a shill, over a relatively neutral, well written post.

Lol. I wish palm had 'reps'...or customer service of any form. I hate making unproductive posts on this forum but Zonked you sound extremely immature and paranoid. I ordered on the 22nd. Count on point as always and suitable quality on the alp.

As other have pointed out ad nauseum ordering from palm is always a risk, though I am 100% with them. They're med quality and shipping times are not consistent. While I have had successful bulk.orders from them I no longer wish to take that risk so I keep my orders limited to what I could afford to lose.

I hope and trust your order will come, but until then please exercise some maturity in your posting.

Zonked, extend you my apologies as I just read a couple of your later posts. I know from experience how frustrating it can be for an order to not show up as expected. As you said, I don't think anyone on here is 'shilling', just relaying subjective and varying experiences.

Mine that I ordered on or about the 19th, "shipped" on the 26th.  Still a now show and still a very weird message on courier's system.  I was due, what can I say.  I will just cut a vac bag open, give it a little while and give them one more try.  Club you are right.  I used to get at an occasional response to an email and I had a back channel that I could use, but they have stopped replying to that now too.... But in BL.... so you know you are potentially lighting your money on fire every time you hit "process order".  Not letting it ruin my weekend.  I actually get two days off for the first time in like 3 months.  Have a good holiday, will update on this Tuesday if it moved or changed status.

I know HS attempt at humor.  Anyhow, others are continuing to receive and if this is the first one that ends up being an LL for me after 100+ orders rec'd @ 100%, with "mostly" correct product once I figured out what was just plain shit from them..... I can't bitch much except about their utter lack of customer service.  I don't mind not getting TN's from them, I actually prefer it.  But in the few instances back in the day when I had an issue, they would respond.  Now, they don't respond to anything.  I know they read at least some of it though because I recently had a problem with the label that was very specific and next order that was rectified.  again... BL = reasonable change you light the $$$ on fire.  Enjoy the holiday.  I am as soon as I can get the hell out of work today.  S-

Hey, Digial.  Seriously, IDK.  People who ordered after me rec'd in 3 days (if you read back a page or two).  It seems like Zonk and I (and the guy from Australia) are the ones having the problem right now.  But while I ordered back in the late teens of the month, my order didn't ship until the 26th.  Not going to repeat the stuff about order status it's same as above.... I know one thing.  I would not place a bulk order at this time.  I just wanted to grab some of those UPJO 55's so I went for 150 of them.... no real $$ pain if it is a loss and would be a first for me with them as stated repeatedly.  I'm going to wait a bit, see if it moves as I've had orders take double digits to receive after shipping on occasion.   But I would encourage everyone considering an order to NOT do bulk for the moment and do remember they are BL so consider your money a loss and when you receive a nice surprise (even though I have always rec'd).... hope that makes sense.  Been at work since 6 this morning.  The one thing I will say is the earlier you order the better chance of receiving by Friday... so if you are going to make the order and you have the $$ available now, I would do it today.  Have a good one.  S-
