After him being polite, and communicative, despite a month long wait, when a much shorter timeframe was given, he gives me something completely different than what we agreed upon. I didn't ask for a refund, or a reship, i just asked about it. He immediately responds with "you are blacklisted".

No efforts on his end to even figure out what happened, it seems like he lead me to believe he was shipping what i asked for and then basically once i got my package it was fuck me im blacklisted, despite receiving a totally different product. Seriously unbelievable.

uhh I'm just gonna go ahead and post my own personal experience with PHX... 2 successful orders so far so I feel a review is owed

5/5 blanket across standard metrics

Extra notable: 6/5 in communication, quantity (very generous) and, most importantly to me: stealth. Of all the domestic vendors I've used over the years PHX is objectively leaps and bounds ahead of 95%.
