I want to try this guy out, or do you guys think it's smarter to wait until dankenone gets this resolved?

I hate decisions like this.

When I used the SY vendors (the mex forum) I always had some rules I played by - 1) never get in on a Monday (u never know what happened on a weekend), 2) if orders are delaying/not shipping, wait until they start coming through, 3) if there are issues, wait another day, 4) never check the TN unless it's late (then role the dice if you want to use your IP, or a TOR / anon-proxy - which might or might not be hot/watched/under-ongoing-investigation).

I broke every one of them.

What's with the "don't check your tracking number" posts I've been reading lately? Are people getting that paranoid, that they're afraid to check the tracking number?

I was curious about the logic behind that myself. If in fact LE had compromised the TN system, and was fishing for your IP address in an attempt to locate you, wouldn't it be easier to just wait until the package arrived in town and then execute a controlled delivery? From a legal perspective, I don't see the quid pro quo in connecting an individual to the checking of a TN. Hell, my own mother called me a few weeks ago and asked if I would check a UPS TN for her, as she didn't know how to do it. She had ordered some clothing items, but say she had ordered from an IOP. The act of checking the TN on my part in no way implicates me in anything, as an accessory or otherwise.

My logic behind it is -

1. Plausible deniability.

The less there is to tie your IP to the transaction, the better you are.

If the package ends up being in a controlled delivery type situation (because the vendor got popped, or a package with the same shipper/return address/shipping account was turned over to the police by a mom who's son ordered X, etc), you are going to have a hard time proving in court that you knew nothing about it. They will subpoena USPS for the server access records of your IP. It will show that your IP address accessed USPS' website and posted the TN #.

2. If you use a proxy service to check the TN, that proxy service might be already involved in an ongoing LEO operation (drugs, CP, terrorism, etc). This could inadvertently cause a seizure of that package.

3. Tracking is not 100% accurate, can sometimes be delayed, and might not have been entered into the system correctly. It's not healthy to worry about it until you need to.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense regarding the TN, there are millions of people checking tracking everyday from all over the world.

Actually, you do make a sound legal point regarding plausible deniability under the described circumstances. That presumes, of course, that no trace of one's identity / IP has been left during the payment process, which is where investigatory efforts tend to gravitate quickly. Again though, all things being equal, you do make a valid argument. Well done and quite thorough intellectually Zero.

There is another point here too.  The number of times a tracking number is checked can be monitored.  If someone bangs a TN a bunch of times in a short period, it may be flagged by CBP (if international) or USPS if in EUA.  May place the package at a higher risk for enhanced scrutiny and inspection.  Just a though.  S-

Hey Dankone, You ordered on saturday so Ploop did not really get order until yesterday. I would assume you will receive TN today. He probably won't have the TN until late afternoon  when it is issued by the carrier. If you don't receve by tonight I would send him a email and nicely ask what status is on your order. Ploop has never shipped to me the same day he received the order, It take him at least one full day to process. Good luck.

Chef
 Chef. Heisenb and chewy,

you are all correct. Don't frigging worry about check a TN, there' only 350 million people in the country!!!!!!! I

I have checked some like 25 times in my younger less calm times and have never had a LE problem for 10 years now. A few Customs seizures but that is  completely a different story..

Chef you are right - don't order on a week end. He takes it off and doesn't do anything until Monday -Express or not. Sat the PO is only open 10 to 12 (2 HOURS) and closed on Sunday. So never place an order on the weekend except late Sunday night so he will get it early, for him, first thing Monday morning and will most likely be shipped on the Monday.

I was informed that things didn't go as planned for some reason (pm if anyone wants more info) but I did finally get a TN.  But things aren't scheduled to arrive until Thursday and I did pay for overnight. What can you do, I can't dwell on things I have no control over.  There are supposed to be a few extras on board to make it up a little bit.

I have barely been on in a min but Iv tryin to get my feet wet a little.....ssoooooooI read thru alot of posts and its kinda hard to follow on here lol......is the next day option pretty on point??

Jut email him back. Be nice and ask for the difference between Express and Priority or  wait and take his word for it that  he will put a few extra in to make up for it he will. I know what the problem was and it' been resolved now.

Yeah I did.. Things are moving, just got to be patient.  Patience is a virtue needed in this game and I hate that I have little of it hah.. Thanks geo.

Has ne one had luck with this vendor ..about to take a Ploop plunge for a trial order a little expensive but if his guaranteed 48 hrs is legit so worth a good source. .been chatting 4 like a week trying 2 feel it out ....tks Zonkedup. Plz respond

I believe his thread is located under "Email Vendors" .

Quite a few posts have been made about 'Ploop' - his product and service, which should answer your questions about this vendor.

Indeed Denise. I'll leave this thread until morning, and will then remove it. Zonk, please post any questions you may have about Ploop in his existing thread, which is fairly well established. Thanks, and best of luck.

No sweat my man. It's all good!

For me it has nothing to do with anyone but me - If I ck TN's early I tend to get obsessed with them, continually cking before there's even been time for it to move or be updated, etc.

I just find that I am more relaxed, less paranoid, (time doesn't "slow down" like with a 'watched pot') if I don't ck the TN - unless it's late.  Then I ck it and notify the vendor I didn't receive as was supposed to do, see if vendor knows of any problems that would delay it.

That's just me.

His thread has a different name from him.  You would have to go thru many email vendors to find him at "Email Vendors".  So don't feel bad.

I've found threads here often have great, unexpected posts - They may be a bit off-topic occasionally, but full of info and humor.   It's a good idea, when you can, to skim thru all the threads here.  IMHO

Good luck.

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: @WTF7218 it may as well be that way with how little effort some of the people on here make to find information that's exactly where you would expect it to be.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  4. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  5. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  6. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  9. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote
  11. P @ psychedpsych: Trump is cracking down….
  12. P @ psychedpsych: Hackers are the scum of the earth
  13. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  20. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
