Based in 'Old World' Europe myself, where medication is definitely no easier to come by than the US. My country was (decades ago) actually famous for its progressive approach in drug-related matters. Sadly, those days are long gone, and we've had some real 'Reefer Madness' politics (and crazy anti-drug laws) over the past decade.

I'm still waiting for this donation to finalize. For some reason, both the transaction made to purchase the coin and the attempted donation are still pending almost a month later. But I sent the remaining coin from the pending purchase to a separate transaction and that finalized almost immediately.
