They will restore sponsor ranks. The server crash reset everything to 8/2/26. if you donated after 8/2/26 it wiped the sponsorship, just get in contact with the mod team and they'll make it right!

Make sure to email them also just for extra assurance. Send your TXID from your payment, total(which you should be able to line up with your hat sponsorship you had) and your username
