It's happened to me before, as well. You're not screwed. The way I fixed it was to did through trash bin and reply to an existing email convo rather than creating a new. I can tell you, though, I've never dealt with that address you just posted. Perhaps the site has support link. This thread may also have email add's posted near the beginning.. not sure. 

Regardless, if you were charged.. it's getting shipped. It will most definitely not process and ship within one day, though. Patience. My experience leans more towards 3 to 5 days processing after a friendly nudge. 

I agree. my last took  a few days to process and about 12 to arrive. doc also reached out to me regarding his communication issue.  all will def be fine and i too used an old email chain to make contact

The country of origins postal service is notoriously slow. Thats even when they aren't on strike. Then you have the busiest month in the year for most postal services to boot.

You will get your stuff guys as Doc has nothing to do with that "other" site but he is pretty much powerless in how long it's going to take. If you have an order out there then you are going to need the patience of a saint.

My main message is you will get it eventually but I wouldn't even be able to guess a timescale.

I'd order a few items of docs inventory very often if the postal system was a bit more stable but that is not a slight on the good man.

He is a great vendor with meds you won't get elsewhere.

just as an FYI to all I am pretty sure doc is taking a vacay from everything for a couple weeks this month til after the new year, make sure to get your orders in to them in time, I am sure there will be a quite large backlog upon the end of vacay

I hear you but this guy seems trusty and the other posts seem to fit the same  time frames

Mine ordered  Nov 21 -  shipped on Nov 24th. Maybe you and I will get tomorrow or early next week.     I was hoping it would be today - he's been 2 weeks for me in the past on each one much faster than others.   I think we beat the "cut off"  time if he indeed takes a break !

well my latest advice of the BETA version was good and AREM indeed impressed. Both pieces of advice where requested on 30th Nov and given to me on the 7th Dec so same time frame as usual and excellent quality from doc!!

Just slipped in for some more advice on same subject last of the year so will update when advice arrives but as usual I only reqire a little advice at a time so as not to lose out too much.

Also please people keep awareness on questions of payment, packaging etc as reading some posts that are down right phishing to the most obvious of standards even PM questions be aware we need these resources for as long and safely as possible we scratch their backs they scratch ours not preaching just asking for us all to look out for each other and genuine noobs can be directed in right way it is obvious what is expected with research and more research!!! Let's look after each other and our higher powers.

Happy holidays mine will be v hard this year but I prey I get through it. Anyway back to reviews and time frames. Love all DBG crew and ptfc I will definitely write that personal story then you will understand more what I am talking about it being a hard Xmas.
