Quick question...has anyone's order moved from processing to shipped since new site, I'm on day five, no contact still just processing, just curious if there has been any movement in the past couple days.

@todoubled... I'm in the same position. I know it always took a while for processing so not to worry but has anybody ordered since the site address change and had their status updated to shipped yet??

I ordered on 5th October... The credit card was charged but the status is still "Processing"...

Without being too specific, my status has changed to shipped since my last post, also had a short and sweet email correspondence from doc.  Expect my next update in about 3-4 weeks.

Shipped 02/10 (through the .net)
Delivered 09/10

Very fast delivery this time, and long expiration date on meds (15 months). Very impressed!

Yea, I got same issue- was fine last night - and I got an order to go through -  in fact email came to verify  -  but when I click on the link to see status there is an error - seems to be SQL error so I emailed them hoping an IT database guy would anser  - no response yet,  its been 6 + hours not sure if that's too short to expect response.    He's probably getting 1000 emails.

Are you in the states? SE, SW, NE, NW? I'm just curious since I too ordered around that timeframe. I'm hoping things are moving a bit faster than last order. Thanks for any response!

Just got an email sayiing they are up and working. I have seen this happen before. It can range from server probs to dns attack. Time is on our side here I think. I've been pleased with their responses so far. I would take advice from Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy....Don't panic...

Ordering process took a little longer because my bank kept rejecting the charge as fraud. Obviously nothing to do with Doc. Just want to make everyone is aware of this. Doc kept me updated on the rejected charge until we got it fixed.

Once fixed, no issues at all. I’m in Southeast Texas.

Order shipped 9/20 in 2 packages

Rec pkg one 10/6, pkg two 10/10

Perfectly packaged! Doc stayed in communication anytime I emailed him with questions. Already placed my second order.
