Wow! They were even dropped by LL? Is this a real message? If they were hacked, is it possible that a fake email was sent to everyone to cause problems. Hmmmmm. I think this should be looked into. I definitely am not saying to continue ordering. This just seems very strange..........

I thought the same thing but Lizard dropping them kinda makes it official and the website is down now so..

Wow what a crazy turn of events. Very strange indeed.

sucks pretty bad since there seems to be no other sources that ship to USA… and this had to happens right as packs started landing again 

I’m sure they will rebrand tho.

Wow, so apparently the story is even wilder.  They posted this to reddit (found it from their twitter): Rare.  Seems like they had a falling out with LL because of unspecified unethical business practices, and then LL reported them which led to the website getting taken down.  Also LL were apparently the ones who sent the email i pasted.  Will have to see how all this shakes out later

Personally RareChems has always been good to me and always offered quality customer service, even offering reships when they didn't have too.  And they had the best shipping options for a Canuck.

Though i'm gonna say they had/have some nasty MXiPr that felt really toxic.  LL's fault? Who knows..

Anyways, i hope they comeback.

Kind of funny, the last pack I ordered just landed (relay - benzofuran - under 5 grams). 10 days, record time. I hope they return now. Their Reddit page has some awfully weird comments though I recommend scoping it out. But hard to know who is real and just a shill

Yeah that dudes comments just make it all the more bizarre.   It's weird how he's so in to warning everyone that Rarechems is/was trying to scam and says he's the one who sent the first email, but why didn't he say that in the first email?  That was the perfect opportunity to alert everyone that Rarechems was planning on exit scamming.   Instead he just said that someone hacked them.  The whole situation is fishy no matter direction you look at it from.  Which is why no one should order again.  I see they have a new site up.

WOW! Just read that thread. Very interesting. So much bickering. But the truth is this. Most of the stuff i look into is from LL. Even if they came back, i dont think they would have anything i am interested in. Of course if they aquired it through a 3rd party, the cost would go up even higher. Thankfully i stocked up a little bit. Just terrible this happened. Im still very curious as to what really led up to this. Couple of business partners getting drunk at the bar? One of them F'd the others gf/wife? Who knows. I hope to read about it.

Is it a different address cause the .com is still down.

If they did get hacked what are the chances they would also take over their Reddit, twitter and other social networks?  But yeah i wouldn't order from these guys for a while..  Also if they have been cutoff from a reliable supplier it could make sense to pull an exit scam.

Man every time i find a reliable vendor this shit happens, guess it's for the best health wise lol.

I actually got a message from them today replying to my last message through the ticket system that I sent before all this crazy stuff happened. They said their shop isn't open yet and they hope to do it in the following days. Also that they lowered the minimum.

But Im not sure it's really them, the english is better than the fake newsletter but still seems just a tiny bit off. So be careful everyone. 

-Side note: I went ahead and placed an order through BenzoKing last night. Even though it can possibly be a scam but I'm going in on a leap of faith. I'll update on the BenzoKing thread.

So I got the same email from rare..which really bites because they were solid..but when I clink on the link they give it says it's unavailable too..

I had an order ship out on May 9th which is before the public revelation of whatever issues Rarechem has been dealing with. It has not arrived, and I'm wondering how concerning it is that it has not yet arrived. Is there any way to investigate the probability of arrival?

@highever Wait at least 30 days since it was shipped to you then contact them at the new domain to ask if you can get a reship but unless your a new customer I doubt they will best of luck.
