You might be out of luck friend. I got this email today. It is a different company reaponding. They wont reship to rarechems customers and dont ship to the US either. Out of luck a lot of us.

Realchems said they don't have benz0z due to ethical reasons which is a bit of a weird statement.

Wow. I’m confused. It seems based on your post here that Realchems is taking over for Rarechems, but I still see the Rarechems site up, and I still see US as a shipping option.

Ahhh. I misspelled it. But still wouldnt trust it. Since my last order is about 4 months plus. Before that rec every request.

Especially after all this fun stuff happened. You never know what they are planning. 

Like pork said. Wait 30 days. I think they want you to wait longer. Since your new with them they should offer 1 reship. Good luck with your journey. I hope you get it

For what it's worth: I think I got one of the very last packs Rarechems shipped before they went to ground.

Had a relay-order that was shipped 2 days before they sent the shutdown email, and it arrived last week.

What was interesting...they shipped it in the same "new" packaging that they had been using for relay orders, but this one _did not_ get mailed from the Land of Brussel-sprouts. It has postage markings and stamps from NL. So I guess they rushed these out the door. I'm glad it made it over the finish line at least :)

Another email supposedly from Lizard labs. I am doubting who is real now. I am staying away from everything that is brought up about RC and all new sites. This new one claiming that ships to the US only carries 2 items. But does make me think both could be real. Still staying far away. I wont be the guinea pig.

As many of you will already be aware from the email that was sent on 11th May, RareChems is no longer operational and is permanently closed.
 
Around 10th May there was a serious attack in which the rarechems.com website was hijacked by a malicious party. Unfortunately this attack is terminal and the operating company behind RareChems is being liquidated. Due to this, Lizard Labs is no longer supplying any more products to ‘RareChems’ or any derivative or spin-off of this brand/company.

Anyone claiming to be operating RareChems (either rarechems.com or a similar domain) is an imposter and a scammer - RareChems is closed for good. If you make payment to anyone claiming to be RareChems, please do so at your own risk.

Yea I’m equally distrustful of both parties as of now. I’m still cheering for Rare, I’ve got no idea what the real logistics are but if Lizard is shady then fuck ‘em I hope Rare succeeds in becoming an independent entity. 
 

But what we are really seeing is a fight to control the monopoly on the US RC scene, because there was no one comparable on the scene to Rare and Real when they shipped successfully to US. They were the only game in town. 
Someone will fill the void eventually 

 
@Delgado777 i hope so. RC was Really the only place that replaced TRRC. Camagora tried. But seems for now US is out of luck. Be safe everyone. Please test your stuff.

 
Yeah it seems like Lizard Lab is trying real hard to convince people that Rare is out..

I definitely won't be ordering from RealChems because those packs never get here.  Rarechems had UPS Express saver and it was like 80$ Canadian (60 Euro), super expensive, but it always got here and in like 3-5 days.

this is their rebranding in effect. Seems like they are planning a return. Everything on site is the same minus the option for relay shipping. If they figure out relay, as it was working, then US customers will be golden again. Almost time for a new thread no?

Definitely no new threads.  I will just change the title to Rarechems/Freshchems.  Definitely want it all linked since the whole ending was so weird and sketchy.  I would recommend everyone to hold off.  The fact that there's no updates at all anywhere, the site is just a clone with a new name that also gets flagged by browsers for security risks, makes it all seem very suspect.  I know it's easy to get excited, but this is too sketch imo at this time. 

 
I wish I used my refund codes when I had the chance before they switched to a new website. I've been so busy with other things in my life this so frustrating.

Just tried to register on the cloned site and it said my email address was already in use, so I logged in as normal to find all my information in tact, ship address, past orders, everything saved, so yes it's certainly the same entity. Loaded up the normal in my shopping cart and proceeded along just as always, not allowing me to purchase certain items that don't ship to the states, as usual. Haven't proceeded any further, but tempted to place a small order and test the waters. Probably not today, but will updated if I/when I proceed further.

Thanks for the update. Im not sure i want to try them yet since my last request never showed up. Its a lot of money for, It Might Show Up. Lol. Im gonna sit back and wait for a while.

Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.
