I just wanna chime in rq and 2nd what stunderdude said 100%, I ordered and rcvd pkg 1/3 before I could blink
Plus he'd been in touch about having been down to just the last bit of one thing I ordered 3 of & he only had 2 of left, and offering refund or store cred & I have been dealing with very emo personal/family type stuff this past week & wasn't in the headspace to deal with it properly and, long story short I just said don't worry about it, but he included extras of other goodies despite my insisting it was no big deal...
Sadly I missed out on the SR but he notified me of that as well and he offered a refund; i said I was good with store cred as I plan on coming back for more of something soon no doubt.
I haven't been able to assay anything yet due to continuing personal issues but I'm getting back to the day to day stuff as fast as I can and just wanted to say that I have actually been the one who has been slow to respond to him recently and he has continued to be on point with updates on everything
It's really good to see and I figured the least I could do was update on the rapid TD & top notch comms. I even made an embarrassing math error on something and he was totally chill and just pointed it out and didn't trip or anything.
As was stated above, he's not the type of guy to make a big deal over pocket change. If you're patient and flexible with the guy, you can expect the same in return and THAT is a huge deal with me.
We all goof up (and I have some idea what it's like to have other people you have to rely on to be as connected as he clearly is to be able to get the stuff he's able to offer, & how those other people can also make mistakes or miscommunicate or even sometimes pull shady stuff or whatever, and you have to be the one to both take responsibility for their mistake/whatever AND take the hit financially to make it right & save your own reputation and that's not easy OR fun. But, it's what I have seen him do with me and heard from everyone who was patient and calm enough to be cool with him and let him know.)
I'll report back when I get a chance to evaluate everything I rcvd last week (I was amazed by how fast it arrived actually), just wanted to report that it did indeed get here and everything looks great
Glad to hear general concensus seems to be that everyone else is seeing the same on point comms and settling of issues
People are always quick to complain when something doesn't go right but for every one complaint, there's probably dozens of people who don't post their flawless positive experiences. I know I have been guilty of that & hardly ever leave good feedback when I order from virtually anywhere else, not intentionally but just cuza life, but it's all we have to go on here so I make a point to do my best to let ppl know when I have a positive experience like this. <3
