I’m aware. That’s why I have defended them in this thread before, as I mentioned.
But what you say is completely irrelevant to my issue. I had multiple packages arrive from the same area as him, from the exact same timeframe as my order with him. Even if that was a valid factor, this was also before the weather was truly even an issue.
The actual issue is his lack of communication, and apparent complete lack of knowledge regarding my order’s status.
@rhodium is obviously active, as he just made a post here. Yet they still haven’t provided any update in regard to my order.
To clearly read through this thread’s recent posts, to answer someone’s question about payment options, while still ignoring a completely valid inquiry about a paid order from 2 weeks ago is mildly frustrating. Especially after very recently defending them. And yes, I’ve checked the spam folder.
