rhodium has been amazing for my subscriptions. Magazines were great my first time subscribing and comms were well above my expectations when I had some questions about some of the different magazines for my second subscription. Genuine communication and care. When I get my new magazines I will make sure to update on my reading experiences

Still waiting. Been around 18-19 days since donation. I do know that another reader received theirs around 21 days. Really looking forward to it.

Final update and review:

Comms, as usual with most vendors, was great pre order. I reached out to several vendors regarding expedited shipping, as my situation was time sensitive and wanted to receive mags by/before a specific date, and was told by this vendor that product would be shipped the following day of order being placed. Mags weren't shipped until few days later, which normally wouldn't be an issue, but when I was told it would be shipped at a specific date/time and it wasn't and then was accused of "lashing out" and was 'blacklisted' after mentioning it in an update post communication was choppy after. All comms was via email and where I was given a menu, was never provided a link to menu where his 'terms' are visible, stating buyers shouldn't reach out until after 7 days of no mags touching down so I wasn't aware of these terms. But regardless i was treated with some unprofessionalism after asking when my time sensitive/expedited order would be shipped when I saw nothing on ID for some days after only pulling the trigger with this vendor when I was told mags would ship on a specific date. As for product, it took me quite some time to figure out which product was from this vendor as he never did end up confirming TN, I had incoming packs of similar mags from 2 other vendors so it took time to rule out which packs came from which vendor- I'll take some accountability on this for ordering similar mags from various vendors in a short time period, but if the pack was shipped on the day I was told it would be I wouldn't need to confirm the TN to know the mag was from this vendor.

Mag was a quality read, so I was grateful for that.

It appears after inquiring in this thread about my pack, as well a post from another buyer, this vendor was upset enough to only deal with pre existing buyers and no new ones. I don't think my inquiry was unreasonable considering what I was told, but apologies to any future new buyers if vendor is still sticking to this new way of biz- as for me, transparency and honesty is what I value most with any business partner so regardless of being blacklisted or not, I wont be doing any future orders with this vendor.

Yeah I reached out after order asking about time frames but don’t expect a prompt reply. I know dude is busy AF! Regardless of an answer I know he delivers quality mags. I’ve always just like most others wanted to just know what and when to expect. Bit, in this context of things there’s unpredictably and I’ve learned to be patient. I do get the fruition others don’t get me wrong I feel ya on that.

Recieved half of my split up subscription so far, waiting on a couple other magazines. Very very good quality book. The book that starts with an M is one of the best looking books of that specific genre I’ve ever seen, and just beautifully written. Not surprised coming from Rhodi. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of mags and the communication and professionalism of this author. The K magazine was also a phenomenal read.

One thing I will say - this isn’t Amazon Prime. Sometimes these books may take a little time before you are able to read. Sometimes it may be quicker. This is a part of the magazine subscription business. But no matter what, the mags will make it to you and they will be an incredible read. I cannot vouch for this author enoigh. I see some posts in here of people who clearly don’t understand how to properly conduct business with their subscription provider. If you are patient and can communicate like an adult, you will have a good experience. These authors have a life outside of sending out reading material. They also deal with a lot of subscribers that are constantly harassing them because they needed their magazines before they even placed a subscription.
