Communication 11/10 Every email was responded to within an hour or two, often within minutes.
Speed 8/10 I'm not really sure what happened, I think I ordered the day before he went on vacation, so unfortunately my pack wasn't sent until the 7day period was up and I asked for confirmation. He responded quickly, apologized, and made sure it went out the following day. So there were extenuating circumstances, and I'm supremely confident that any other time it'd be a 10/10

Overall experience 10/10

I hesitated to mention the delayed delivery because I don't want it to potentially put someone off from ordering. Shit happens, everyone has an order slip through the cracks now and then for one reason or another, but not everyone makes it right, let alone right away. If anything, the rapid response and immediate rectification only solidifies that he's honest and someone I plan on ordering through again.

Vendor email/contact info is always on the first page (usually first post) of every vendor thread, including this one for Rhodium.

Also you need to be a sponsor to be able to access the DM feature, which may be what you’re referring to. Type in ‘how to become a sponsor’ in the search bar to find the thread that’s got the latest instructions!

There’s also a search box/function at the top right of the site that does a pretty good job of returning relevant threads/posts that you may be looking for. I’d recommend giving it a try too, as it’s saved me from the dreaded ‘search by doom scrolling’ a time or two in the past 🙂
 
My pack did come through. Very discreet. Fast shipping. Recieved 1g nitaz. (fishscale shiny appearance that im not used to) Order placed late last week.shipper picked less than 12 hours later. Landed Sat. Just picked it up today.

It absolutely seems to be as advertised . I did leave a lil tip. Always do. It's a respect thing to start off a good business relationship. No need for much interaction as he does his job. I speak for my experience and mine only.

as far as a first experience with rhodium I'd rate this 10/10. I don't see how things could've went any smoother.
 
Okay I'm sorry but he won't reply. I paid awhile ago, and got nothing. The rudest vendor I've encountered, I ask if something can be done down the line if nothing shows and my claim goes nowhere. If anything changes I'll post and give honest review. But ya another guy on my discord canceled order cause he is a complete asshole.
 
I’m not sure if I’m allowed to post email screenshots in here but man I wish I could. I’m not replying because I ask why your pack shows as delivered if you haven’t received it, providing you with the tracking code in the process, and you refuse to acknowledge this fact or provide a response to this fact. That’s the reason you’re not getting extra free product from me.
