Rhodium

Anyone have consistent touchdowns in the U.S. when ordering literature from CA menu? If so how long does shipping take? Placed an order for minimum quantity of twoceebee on March 22 to see if CA menu shipping is legit.
Still haven’t received this. Don’t know if it was ever shipped or if it was se!zed. I payed for domestic shipping but was told it was out of stock domestically and I’d have to get it shipped from Canada. I reached out to Rhodium about a refund 4 days ago but haven’t heard back. Thought maybe if I post on here I’d get a reply. Not trying to spread negativity or anything cause Rhodium is a great vendor.
 
Placed an order about 2 weeks ago. Told me it was shipping, then told me he didn’t have them is stock. I asked for a refund and he said he would. I gave him my address and he said he sent it. I didn’t receive it. Asked him again what’s up. He said he set it to the wrong address. No answer since. This Guy is a joke. DO NOT USE
Hope this doesn’t happen to me. Waiting for a refund right now on something that was out of stock and I never got.
 
got my pack finally from rhodium but one of the mags was a totally different chapter. paid for f0urEMEMSEE and got ThreeEmEmSee instead. not what i ordered......

was about to take the plunge but after reading some recent reviews, feeling a bit confused. Anyone with recent experience?
He seemed really really professional and was quick to reply, but at the very last second, I got cold feet and I really can’t be out any amount of money right now very interested in some of his newer products but would hate to find out that I’m the only one who ended up with a blank magazine, and I was expecting one of the best and most novel magazines around, so I don’t have anything to report, but I’m very interested if anybody else subscribe to the clone as 0 |_a.m. S0||_|+!oņs or Pøvvd3r I still may pull the trigger soon but want to hear a report first

This is the kind of thing that people need to address more often this guy could be one of the best authors out there, but instead he chooses or maybe his team chooses to either irresponsibly package items send magazines of a similar category when you ordered a specific mag
People saying it’s taking weeks and weeks for responses, but he’s still updating and he has been around a while so I’ll give him that I still might give it a shot. Hopefully, somebody chimed in with a review for the newest magazine that he has on the reading list currently.
 
hey rhodium, i would be happy to give you a review if you respond to my email at least. Sent funds on April 7th and waited.

Then sent you an email like you asked, and still silence.

I hope it works out for you buddy. I had the same experience with @rhodium and it didn't turn out so well . Good luck ! Basically, the same thing that occurred with this gentleman . I sent you a sum of money for a product and after 10 days or so you indicated that the product was "out of stock". I was told that it would arrive directly from supplier in two different packages , none of which I ever received . Then you offered to reship, only if I agreed to send additional funds to cover "YOUR To add injury to insult, you not only DIDN'T offer a refund, but instead reached out recently and asked if I was interested in a new batch of products .
 
It's been 3 weeks since DOP and still no sign that vendor is going to hold up their end of the business agreement as nothing has shown up on ID. I have been patient and understanding, and haven't pried too much on order status. I stated a week ago that I would be reaching out for a refund in a few days if nothing changed. I am still waiting for them to get in touch with me but their business model seems to be very avoidant and unreliable as a communicator. This seems to be a recurring problem with other customers.

I left a positive review not long ago for two orders of ben20fury mags that went seamlessly and arrived in gold standard time, however, I will have to update that review until further action on behalf of the vendor. I would go through with the order as originally planned if vendor was more forthright in communication, but I am currently running out of time, and have settled on just wanting my money back.

I originally rated 10/10 for communication, but the updated score will reflect 6/10; speed I rated 10/10, and the updated score will now reflect 5/10, and reliability which I didn't rate originally, I will now rate as a 5.5/10. I would be very happy to bump these new ratings up if vendor reached out and informed me on the status of my order, or sent me my money back, but until then I would urge potential customers that unless you want or really need more rare magazines, you will be better off, less stressed, and more satisfied going to someone with a more consistent track record.

I will be patiently awaiting their correspondence.
After some chatting and negotiating a good time to make the refund, rhodium kept his word and refunded my money. My advice for others who have orders that have gone awry is, one: don't be an asshole, have some decency, a little patience, and rhodium will come through, and just be flexible. He's not an AI assistant, but he's a reliable trustworthy guy, but a human nonetheless, who is juggling multiple threads at once from dozens of orders, so have some patience and understanding.

Here are my updated service ratings:

Communication I'll bump up to an 8.5/10: Better communication patterns than most other vendors on here, but I do notice some slight avoidant tendencies, which can be a bit anxiety inducing, a little heads up from vendor can go a long way. Some of it is from going on a deserved holiday, but other times one gets the sense one is being ignored.

Speed is 7.75/10: was hard for him to stick to an agreed upon time once a refund was agreed upon, but once we managed to find a time and he had the means to, he got the total sum sent promptly. I was waiting 3+ weeks for some m3sc4l1n3 hcl mags, but apparently, from other sources of information, I heard the publisher had run out of paper so it was through no fault of rhodium that he couldn't get that edition sent.

Reliability I'll make an 8.75/10: Nothing much to say here, most of what I would say regarding reliability comes in the same vein as communication. They kept their word and apologized for any inconvenience.

Talk to him like a human, not as though you were arguing with some imbecile on X/twitter haha.

Judging from the reports of others on here, it would also seem that vendor could use some improvements and general streamlining of his business logistics, so I wish him good luck in that regard.

I think I don't have the ability to DM here because my subscription lapsed. I don't use this site often. When I find a good vendor I stick with them.
The filter was letting my emails through when we were corresponding and I sent you funds.

I truly don't mind waiting, but at least one follow up email or any kind of response would be nice to know I'm not completely being ignored.

I'm going to pull the trigger today, will keep thread updated in regards to clam sauce or I may possible go powder...it's such an obscure treat these days when it pops up i can't help myself LOL. I've order the clam sauce twice over his tenure and it was A1 just a bit slow but at the time he was having some personal issues I believe.

my cLam magazine may or may not be here this coming week. That was my novel back in the day so expect a review from me soon. I have a feeling it’s gunna either be a very solid review or a bunch of typing that doesn’t make any sense (which might honestly be more accurate we’ll see what clam has to say

Please report back!! It takes some time to arrive but each time I've ordered the coma mag it was spot on....

Yeah man, it’s kind of bullshit. It’s not what I ordered and had. I know he was out of stock. I would have gotten something else that a replacement of a totally different mag. Menu says it’s still in stock and what I received isn’t even on the menu. I’m gonna give him another shot once he has what I originally ordered in stock, but I’m not the happiest camper right now.

W bought $400 worth of “Amph” for Rhodium to only receive 100% Synthetic Catherine’s. Everything he sells is a Research Chemical. We threw away the $400 of RC and told him. He argued like a school girl over whose seat it is. The guy is a bad guy. Years prior we ordered AS, however it was anything but and Rhodium just wanted to argue and argue. We have since tested it and it was 100% research chemicals. Plus the guy is a bad guy. He would not even entertain a refund or anything. He should be in jail. Bad seeds like him hurt everyone.

I wish we could finals out how we could talk to these sellers in person rather than over text. He has countless attacks. IF LOVE BEING DISSAPOINTED, PISSING OFF AND NEINRNL
