Ordered middle of the night 9/10, so J received my email the next morning and acknowledged with an email

Received yesterday (Fri)  with 2 Day Delivery option

Packaging and communication great. Product fine.  No problems.

J maintained communication thruout order, processing and TN - with me every step of the way, keeping me informed.

I love that.  Not having to email and ask what's going on or for my TN (or just not have one),  as I've been treated in past by 2 other SY vendors.

As far as my experiences with SY vendors,   J IS THE BEST!

Having been on both sides (patient and healthcare provider), I think I have a pretty good picture of how things are and how they should be.

It always irked me when patients weren't receiving the care they should because they looked up to doctors as infallible and never questioned anything the doctor said.

My mother was erroneously diagnosed as having "Cough Asthma" and continued to worsen with medication for asthma. 

I kept on her until she went for a second opinion at the St. Louis Asthma clinic (hailed as best in USA  then) and after few days of testing, they diagnosed her with a heart problem.  The meds she was taking were contraindicated for heart patients and that stupid doctor almost killed my mother.  She was dying right in front of our eyes - from the wrong diagnosis.

THAT is why I always encouraged my patients to seek other opinions and options.  I had a joke about God and doctors I always told them, too.

YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOD AND DOCTORS?  GOD DOESN'T THINK HE'S A DOCTOR!

I'm obviously new here, and apologize in advance if I am breaking any rules.  I have read various threads, and it seems this guy "J" comes highly recommended.  Is he at the site which is the orginal subject of this thread?  If not, can someone PM me the addy, and any other tips I should know?  I have not read every single page of this thread, but it appeared to me that it got a bit off the orginal topic; hence my question about the site addy.

We have touchdown! J came through my order arrived this morning. I'm still a bit weary of the wire houses for being so restrictive. Although they are trying to, "protect our interests," it gives them an avenue to investigate our private affairs.

I have been remiss on my "shout outs" to J.  The last 3 orders I have placed have arrived, on time, perfect form and quality.  J. has the utmost patience with me, as I am now "obsessive" about emailing for current receiver, but then either miss cutoff or can't get to MG.  He always responds quickly and professionally, which I appreciate...
