Have some specific product related and general questions about J. Was wondering if a more experienced member could get in touch. Been hanging around for a while but don't have much experience with the mexican vendors. A recently herniated disc is forcing me to widen my purview.

Phana I am sorry but PLEASE edit out that shipping origin info,  that hurts.

I'm not treating this guy and other vendor as a real retail store.   I mean cmon,  its not like we can buy these things from a regular store.

I'm still waiting for sat delivery. Did not receive a TN, but that's not unusual with J. Really hope I get my letter today. :(

 
Just FYI.  J is my main vendor.  However, I have been having having more and more shipping problems lately.  It's one excuse after another.  Just as an E.G., I placed an order on Thursday Morning, well before the deadline. Normally, he emails me right back letting me know he got it.  Didn't happen this time, so I emailed to ask if there was a problem.  He said the funds were "on hold".  I contacted MG, who said not, they were not.

He said he would check again Friday morning.  I asked him to send for Sat delivery, and offered to pay the extra cost on my next order.  He said no problem, he would send for Sat delivery.  I checked with MG, and the funds were picked up Friday morning.  I emailed for TN.  No reply, and no package on Sat. No replies to (polite) emails asking for an explanation.  So, at best he will ship Monday, and I will recceive Tues, 5 days after my order was placed.

This is just one example, but is typical of what has happened on my last 5-6 orders.  I pay that exhorbitant shipping fee to get me goods in one day, and for one reason after another, I get them in 3-4 days.

I would really love to know who "R" and "L" are.  Can anyone give me a little help, or push in the right directs on them?

He and I both agre that I am one of his top customers.  But, still I get this shit.

 
I just heard from J and he said it did not go out on Friday due to some security issue (??). He said he'd send for shipping in the morning so I may receive tomorrow evening or on Tuesday.

 
At least you heard from him. I hate to say this but I'm not sure there is same day shipping. If so it probably cost $$$.

I'm in the same boat with you. Longggg time customer and as HB stated, Christmas delays came early...

 
Just to be clear, this is out of J's control as is the shipping price. That's simply what he is being charged by the handler. The thing that gets me is if you're having delays then inform the customer before the order is placed not after the fact. This presents an issue where orders now become backed up for weeks as only so much vol can be sent per day. Stop processing orders until you get a few out!!!

Contacted J about an order on Saturday,sent funds early this AM & got a message from him saying he is having shipping/security issues..He will ship if I want,but cannot guarantee I will get delivery or he said he will just not pick up funds..Just had to post & give him major points for honesty..
