Right on. I'm glad to see other people having success too. Why this place is blacklisted is a mystery to me. Plus, they have the 24 hour chat that is really helpful when you're trying to be specific with your orders.

The trick is to rate them. You can give them a thumbs up or down for their service and they see it immediately. Always give a thumbs up and leave a comment saying "great service... awesome support as usual... definitely ordering again.... etc"

Recently ordered from Smokey's. I'm 4 for 4 now. Last order I asked them to split it into two seperate envelopes so neither weighed more than 5 grams. Both arrived <10 days. 

Excellent quality, and they have improved their opsec since my previous order. 

100% of my orders through Smokey's have landed. They are not on my blacklist.

@BrokenLeashesAllOverTheFloor  Theyre usually only blacklisted places (like this forum) in the US b/c of very high seizure rates in the past, and that makes some people in the US think they are "selective scamming" when actually customs is really just "selective skimming" :81_joy_cat: :81_joy_cat: :81_joy_cat: .   That, and some people have found their customer service severely lacking, tho it seems that varies, and poor support isnt necessarily cause for blacklisting.  But yes, it makes way more sense to blacklist CBP instead of Smokeys.

Not a vintage DBG user (though certainly of a certain age!), but I’d agree ol’ Smokey’s oughta be re-designated, perhaps with a disclaimer for US patrons (as Smokey’s itself does). I’ve had luck & I’ve had packs snatched by CBP (who are assuredly on my shitlist), and, fwiw, I’ve only had the most cordial customer service interactions to boot, though that might be the luck of the draw.

Same here! Customer service is outstanding and incredibly helpful. I even overpaid on my last order so they gave me store credit for my next order. Most places just keep the change. I've had nothing but great experiences with them!

Hell yeah. They have never let me down. Only 1 other international RC vendor can compete, and you know who that is. They just don't have as large of an inventory.

Great comms, quick dispatch and 8 days to W US. It seems to be down to luck but, especially considering the selection, it’s worth tolerating occasional government pilferage.

I placed another successful order with Smokey’s. Now two for two. This order was placed on 08/01 and was received on 08/11. This was much faster than my previous experience which took a bit longer. It was a few g of 6-APB that I have tested and it has come back from the lab with remarkable and accurate results that leave me with nothing to complain about.

I'm 6 for 6 now with Smokey's. Last order came a few days ago and was 9 days total from dispatch to delivery. Longest wait so far was 23 days—my first order way back in April when everyone was taking forever—and they've only gotten faster since. Quality of latest shipment exceeded expectations, as have the 2 before that, and they've never gotten anything wrong; I always get exactly what I ordered. They actually listen to their customer's feedback and, as a result, their stealth has gotten much better!

If you're a US citizen, be sure to contact their live support team with your order number to let them know you received your order and how long it took so they know they're doing it right!

@BrokenLeashesAllOverTheFloor I concur—let em know when the package arrives, or if it doesn’t get there in a month or so. Especially for US orders as they can’t tell if they’ve arrived sans tracking. Feedback encourages successful adaptation! 
Also, what’ll it take for Smokey’s to shirk the ebony letter of exile & rejoin those walking in the light? I, for one, am really appreciative of the few nether region apothecaries still making the effort…
