The trick is to rate them. You can give them a thumbs up or down for their service and they see it immediately. Always give a thumbs up and leave a comment saying "great service... awesome support as usual... definitely ordering again.... etc"@EleventySixTrillion first lady i spoke with was so bitchy lol but i got another rep and things went smooth
Same here! Customer service is outstanding and incredibly helpful. I even overpaid on my last order so they gave me store credit for my next order. Most places just keep the change. I've had nothing but great experiences with them!Not a vintage DBG user (though certainly of a certain age!), but I’d agree ol’ Smokey’s oughta be re-designated, perhaps with a disclaimer for US patrons (as Smokey’s itself does). I’ve had luck & I’ve had packs snatched by CBP (who are assuredly on my shitlist), and, fwiw, I’ve only had the most cordial customer service interactions to boot, though that might be the luck of the draw.
Hell yeah. They have never let me down. Only 1 other international RC vendor can compete, and you know who that is. They just don't have as large of an inventory.@BrokenLeashesAllOverTheFloor I have used smokeys good quality, top notch actually. My favorite ehh top 2 currently!
