@Tara Watched Silence this past weekend. It was a strong and amazing movie. It was very moving and as you said, there were times that were incredibly hard to watch.  It was tragic yet understandable. You cheered for the priest until the very end and just when you think it’s over and he never regained himself, the scene with his “inherited wife” placing the cross in his hand after he passed just brought it all together.  Some people make try to take everything that you have, and may believe they succeeded, but you can’t change ones heart, no matter how hard you try to.

My wife wasn’t really wanting to watch it, but I put it on anyways and quickly, she became engulfed in it until the very end, with tears filling her eyes often.  I must also admit it brought tears to my eyes as well throughout.

I don’t particularly follow a specific religion. I believe there is a God, I believe in heaven, right and wrong and can respect every religion and everyone’s right to worship whom they choose.  With that said, this was still a heavy movie because of their strong faith and convictions. It is admirable and sometimes makes me long to feel the same.

Thank you so much for the recommendation!

Did anyone watch Netflix House on Haunted Hill? The second one came out Haunting of Bly House. Its cool they brought back Nelle and others from original season.

  9. Alkazar @ Alkazar: Technically they were forced back to work the last time they went on strike in 2024, so this is the same strike for the same reasons in 2025.
  10. Alkazar @ Alkazar: I dont know how to direct reply to people on here. But the Canada Post strike will affect any mail coming from the US. It will be held at a facility until the striek is over. Mail that is being sent from CAD to the US will just not be picked up. It all has to be private delivery services now.
