Back to the "War on Drugs" and how finally some States are starting to permit the recreational use of marijuana.

Plz watch these helpful tips by Bill Maher on how to make sure the "new rules" don't become reversed. Its quite funny about 2 minutes 15 seconds into it.

Don't bother reading the rest of the thread I tried to start in a sensible manner. It was soon hijacked by Vitalis who later snuck in after being banned to become a Mod Hooter1 - though now banned again too. But no doubt somewhere here lurking in the shadows.

That's just a slice of the filth he posted on here. Much of it has been deleted. Like videos of beheadings directed at me. Threats, which he made due on, about cutting the "supply line" for me, posting pics of disabled people for jokes, etc, etc, etc.

I'm willing to bet he's still here. Under a different username, just watching this place with his sawed off shotgun on his lap.This guy Vitalis is a danger to society. Why he's not locked up some where, perhaps he is, is beyond me. No joke. Him and I were like oil and water, right from the get go. Poor Admin really had to put up with a lot of SHIT at that time. Sadly, there were more than just a few of them that were on a role with the racist, handicapped, and pornographic jokes, which SOME of us took exception too, while the rest just sat back and let it slide. Largely due to fear of revenge as these guys were NOT the kind of people up for a nice polite chat. Fortunately, they're gone now. Or are they....time will tell /default_wink.png

Great thread, minus the banter. But yeah, legalize most drugs, tax them, take away the need for organized drug cartels and crime, and use the massive excess of tax dollars for rehabilitation and paying down the national debt.
