Just wanted to let everybody know I called the morning to check on what exactly happened yesterday to double check it's landing today and apparently it was not put on a truck yesterday. But according the the rep today's a different story and it's out for delivery now.

I wish it was DELETED to be honest other carriers like DELETED are hit or miss a lot more.

But I just got back from picking it up the shipment of O-DSMT from my drop and it's the same quality as the last batch so I'll get your pre-order everybody else's pre-order's prepared now and reach out to you all tomorrow morning with the usual.

I appreciate everybody's patience I know having to wait an extra day or two can make you anxious or at least I do.

Apologies @Admin and thanks for the advice. In general it was misdirection/white lie's on which carriers I was expecting. It is very reassuring knowing the site's Admin is actively conscious of others OPSEC and takes action.

I’ve written a few reviews in the past, but this is my final review (probably) because I don’t want to be redundant LOL (there are only so many awesome things I can say abt this vendor) I absolutely intend to keep working with Uncharted for as long as they are in the business

They get back to you super fast, are patient, kind, and consistent. Even while out of stock you are kept in the loop. Not only is the ordering process pleasant, my materials have reached me in 3 days every single time. The packaging and weight are always on point. The prices are very fair. Uncharted is transparent and I think genuinely cares about their customers. To anyone on the fence, don’t be afraid to give it a shot!

This is a late review and I’m very sorry I didn’t write it much earlier. I had an order with Uncharted a few weeks ago, like all the other reviewers, I had a very positive experience. He is really wonderfully unique in his honesty and has been helpful, informative and is so very enjoyable to deal with. So much so that after the order is finished you feel compelled to drop in to say hi- but of course I wouldn’t since I respect boundaries and because I know he’s so incredibly busy keeping his clients happy. But that explains how personable he is. On average I receive in approximately 3 days. He’s so fast and efficient and takes extra steps that many vendors don’t. His response time is so quick that it seems like he’s usually waiting for me during the process instead of the other way around. I don’t know the policy of moving vendors to the approved list but it would be really great to see him there. A suggestion for anyone interested in ordering or if you have questions - look at his link he keeps the list updated consistently, and just follow the instructions. We all want him to be around long term so Im certainly hopeful that everyone will give him the kindness and incentive to make that possible.

Excellent review and you make a fantastic point on if customer's would simply read the basic ordering instructions but it's alright. On your next order remind me of this review and some additional product is yours.

Got my pack today. To reiterate once again, uncharted is literally an amazing vendor. I love people who are professional; yet courteous and humble. His communication with other’s and myself has proven to be superb. The mere simplicity and generosity that comes with doing business with them, feels like a euphoric blissful breeze fast and straight to the point, no hassles in between. I could go on and on about their Remarkable service but that would be redundant, considering many other people seem to share the same opinions. Everyone already knows what’s up.

@ObliviousKat I am very very glad to hear that but I hate it can not stand these random holiday's that get in the way but together as a group we will get through it and that goes to for Thanksgiving and Christmas as well. Alright guy's there is going to be 2 new rules stemming from yesterday.

First, Express shipping is off the table for everybody no how large or quickly you need it I'm sure there's other vendor willing to deal with it.

The second is just further reinforcing of waiting 10 days before your tracking number, not waiting 5 days and requesting a reship and then when you get that $60 reship you don't pay up (log time customers to at that). So if by chance you do receive a reship and the original lost/late package arrives you owe for the additional product and the original.

It went well, as did all my subsequent orders. Zero problems, excellent customer service, solid product, rapid shipping (time between placing an order & the pack being shipped out was always less than a day), safe & inventive packaging, etc.

Another review! There really isn’t anything to say that I haven’t already said; this vendor is just a+++
Always incredibly helpful, even with all the problems I end up having with the courier (which, again, is never the fault of the vendor; I think the courier just has it out for me hahhaha)
My most recent package was lost for a day or two, but it still turned up very quickly. In my nerves, I ended up placing another order, since I’ve had packages completely disappear before, but Uncharted still remained patient & generous with me. As always, so appreciative & grateful for this vendor! We’re lucky to have him around

Stealth, speed, & quality are as always, 10/10
Any issue I ever have is never with Uncharted, so keep in mind that if antone experiences, issues it could either just be improper communication with the vendor, or just the courier!
