What sensitive information did I put within clear text that was not already sent by the user themselves (their BTC address)?
You’re all good I’m referring to @hotdog45 as being in the wrong here. You have rules setup for a reason and he completely disregarded them after one failed response
 
I completely understand wanting to be updated with shipping info and everything but man, sometimes you just need to be patient and use common sense. What would be the point in using priv text at all if you’re just going to type sensitive info in clear text after one failed response 🤦‍♂️

Dude you can suck up to this guy all you want. His rules are not clear. I left my info in private note. He ignored it, and asked for it again. That is in no way clear. Then to ask if I met the deadline for tomorrow is not out of th question. He doubles orders for people who do, so it's no surprise. I left my experience, I'm sorry it bothered both of you. This dude did not explain what happened. I've been doing this for awhile, this is the first vendor to have a problem with me. So yeah I'm letting the community know. Sorry that upsets you. That's the point of this forum after all

You are right @hotdog45 I did not sit around claiming he said she said or writing page long essays claiming this and that.

Your message is a bit scatterbrained and you do not seem to understand how things work. Just because an actual client's opinion differs from yours does not mean they are getting paid double or "sucking up" for stating their opinion. Not everybody starts lashing out and making up excuses when the facts are presented plainly.

Goodnight and good luck. I hope whatever is bothering you so much to cause you to lash out like this at my clients and myself get's better for you. I will not be responding but 1-800-273-TALK (Depression Hotline) will probably be more helpful in your case.

A special thanks to clients that have reached out and settled their affairs when their original order showed up after their reshipment arrived without being hounded or even being asked as if paying was second nature. Apologies for the additional product but thank you for your understanding.

It’s always bizarre to see anyone having a negative experience with Uncharted happen - 100% of my experiences have been full 10’s across the board. I’ve been making purchases in Research Chemicals for yeears now, due to the work I do, & have been around here with Uncharted since his first posts here, which was over a year ago now! (That’s crazy, damn) Never a negative interaction or experience, never any kind of issues with shipping nor with product, the only problems I’ve ever faced were from the courier, at no fault of Uncharted 😅

We’re all dealing with some craziness in regards to shipping lately, I’ve even heard it discussed on the radio, so it’s not just me (which is nice to know, they don’t just have beef with me specifically 😹) & it’s not just happening with Uncharted, either. Just have patieeeence!! Tracking *will* update, things *are* moving, but for some reason it’s all just buggy af lately. I have a friend who is the postmaster for my area, & she said she has no idea what the problem is, so it’s all on the higher-ups 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anywayssss - like I said, never a negative experience with Uncharted, & my last order wasn’t really updating at all, but did arrive within 3 days! I know I’m not alone when I say, your hard work is greaaatly appreciated here, Uncharted! Amazing business etiquette, crazy-fast response time, high, hiigh quality product that’s always tested as such from multiple different avenues of chemical testings, & unbeatable price. Fantastic is the only way I can describe this review. You touched on everything perfectly. And it is good to know I have not been the only one who has experienced some issues in regards to tracking not updating when it should.

I have taken it as a sign to step up OPSEC so instead of shipping one batch at a time I have been splitting it and shipping them from different locations as well as changing the times I ship out. So instead of shipping out order's as early as possible everyday, which leads to predictability, I've been staggering when orders go out for example 5-6 am, 8-9 am, 11-12pm. All I can say for sure is all order's have been landing as they should.

The client that was set to buy the remainder of my stock last night never responded back, but judging by the remaining levels of stock and current inquiries it should be gone later today, tomorrow at the very latest. You can be sure of receiving your usual review bonus for putting in the effort and taking the time to write this out, I appreciate it!

I’ve been trying to get in touch as well, but it took my slow ass two messages to realize he’s likely taking a break — the website says the ODSMT is out of stock until August.

I’ve been ordering from Uncharted for quite a while… > 30+ orders. I’ve never had an issue with shipments nor have I had an issue with customer service, so I fully trust I’ll get my response as soon as he’s back. I think it’s best we all just take a beat and sit tight. :)

I’m also taking this moment to appreciate how spoiled we all are to have a vendor who is in a league of their own regarding response times and customer service. It sets our expectations insanely high!

Ayyy all - just wanted to let everyone know that the last time I spoke w Uncharted - which was about 10 days ago - I was trying to place another order, but he was out of stock & hadn’t yet updated his page on it at the time. As he stated in earlier posts on here, the next restock would be around the beginning of August, & that’s also what he reiterated in our last message.
I’m assuming our guy is taking a well-deserved break if he’s not responding to people - since he’s allllways so quick to respond when the shop is open! Like I said; he did already say he was low in stock, & once that ran out, the next restock would be around August, but sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the updates on here 😅

Just wanted to let everyone know the tiny snippet of information I have! I’m 100% positive he’s not ignoring any customers - especially his repeat clientele

As for Uncharted; hope you’re doing well, & getting yourself a nice break in during this! Can’t wait for your gallant return! 🤸🏻‍♂️✨

yes I agree, uncharted is the only vendor I trust with quality o-desmethyltramadol (and at the best price.)

Hopefully he’s back on here soon.
