Use credit card to buy prepaid credit card?

Weird question, but can you use a debit or credit card to buy a pre-paid credit card?  I have a dumb reason for not wanting to use cash.

I Googled it, and an older link says only Target allows you to do this.  I'm not sure if that's still the case.

I'm about to try buying a prepaid card with my Amex tomorrow. I would think it would not be a problem. I'll let you know.

@polygraph I was able to purchase a prepaid card at local drugstore with Amex today.

You can order prepaid card online and pay using your credit card.
