Use credit card to buy prepaid credit card?

Weird question, but can you use a debit or credit card to buy a pre-paid credit card?  I have a dumb reason for not wanting to use cash.

I Googled it, and an older link says only Target allows you to do this.  I'm not sure if that's still the case.

 
You can order prepaid card online and pay using your credit card.
