What Are Some Of The Things That Annoy You?

My buddy had his dog cremated against his will..(his ex-wife insisted) He had an urn on top of the fireplace with the ashes..One day the cat jumped up on the fireplace mantel when I was at his house, and the urn dropped on the hardwood floor and the ashes went flying! What a sad state of affairs..!!

I cannot stand these people who, year after year, keep bringing us thier unwanted litter of puppies. Every year. Same people. We give them coupons for a FREE spay/neuter with a local vet and they cant be bothered to use it.

My favorite- this idiot who has brought in puppies twice. She said that she wanted her kids to witness the miricle of birth or some bullshit like that. I wanted to ask why she dosnt let her kids witness what happens to these little miricles when nobody wants them.?

I want to smash her stupid face in. Sorry.

Ha!!  Just like in the movie "Meet the Parents".  My huge cat can jump on a table, narrow shelf, etc. that is crowded with things and somehow tip toe around everything without disturbing it.  This is a common talent cats have.  But then if his dry food bowl is empty and I haven't noticed because I'm here reading then he will jump up and one by one knock things down until I get up from the computer and he then quickly runs over to his empty bowl to show me.

I feel ya on this. I volunteer for the humane society and the local shelter as well as a few rescues and I have a big "give me your unwanted animals" on my forehead. I had a coworker who bred Siberian huskies and he was the epitome of a backyard breeder. He just wanted the money but didn't take care of his dogs. Well, it finally caught up to him and one of the puppies had epilepsy and was returned so he asked me to take him. I told him only on the condition that he handed over mama (who was already pregnant again) and one other puppy. We got mama fixed after she had two puppies and found good homes for all of them. Another time, a guy told me that if I didn't take his NINE four week old puppies, he was going to drown them. Of course I did. This is probably the number one thing that annoys me! Ignorant pet owners!!

Thanks for saving them BG! And for making sure that fool didn't breed more puppies. We animal lovers are lobbying hard where I live, to get the store's selling puppy mill dogs shut down. My senator, congressman, and governor are sending me form letters once a week!

Does anyone know Patrick the miracle dog? His story is what prompted me to become involved in animal causes. They had a "Patrick day" asking people to donate to their local shelter in his name. I had my husband cart a couple giant Costco dog beds down to the shelter. They told me they were in the midst of trying to pass a bill for harsher penalties for animal abuse. Wrote my representatives about it and haven't stopped since!

Because nothing annoys me worse than people that hurt innocent animals!!

Animal rescue and other animal related causes are my passion. I would love to move to a big ranch and do it full time. Maybe someday!

And yes, I know Patrick well! Such a little miracle dog! ❤️ The bitch that did that to him needs to be locked in a room and starved to near death. I'm not one to wish bad things on people unless they are animal, child or elder abusers. Those types of people need to be exterminated from this earth. In my opinion, they are only one small step away from becoming murderers if they aren't already. I can't even stress enough how much I despise people who abuse innocents. They are a waste of air.

Me too! I was "sentenced" to volunteer at a local shelter by a kind judge when I was a young teenage delinquent. It really changed my life, I was raised in the country on a farm and was taught to respect animals but also learned that you can't make livestock your pets ,they could end up on your plate at some point :(

I couldn't imagine losing my lovely moggies!... Nearly lost one very early on during a complicated hip operation : (... Luckily, all good now and he's right as rain : )... I couldn't handle that situation Cat?.. I'd probably end up topping the 'throwers' and chucking them about for a bit!!.. Arseholes!! Grrrrrrrrrrrr! It makes me so angry just how little regard sone people have for life!... The other day, I saved some frogs in my garden pond... They were stuck between a little puddle and their main pond by some ice...

I kept watching them slipping on the ice trying to get back to their families! It was so sad... Anyway, they were reunited at the cost of me locking my keys in my car and waiting 45 minutes and £75 later for a man to let me back in my car!!..

However, I'd do the same again in a heartbeat!!
You have NO idea how much i love you for that! MMUA!

God I love you guys. One of my local animal rescues had the little girl, a tiny terrier mix, that was held over open flames by some teenagers. Her whole little belly and private was burnt OFF...so much pain. We got her in from MO about six weeks ago. We were all over the sheriff about pressing charges. Unfortunately to no avail. The sheriff did try but people were not cooperating with him. After lots of pain meds and love and two skin grafts later, she is finally happy. Her name is Hazel Grace. Seeing her, and how she is now, and stories like hers, make me know that anything is possible when there is love. I could go on and on about many other stories cause we handle pets with very special needs. I dont want to skeeve anyone out more than I have with Hazel Graces' story.

My favorite are the before and after pics of all of the rescues. Especially the ones with the animals new "furever" home and parents! I have cried so many tears of joy after learning about their stories!

Eighteen MILLION adoptable pets were killed in the US in 2013 Twelve million in 2014. Hopefully this trend will continue and wew can get it down to ZERO. Most state or local "pounds" use gas to euthanize pets. This is inhumane. If your state still uses gas, write a letter to your rep. It can only help!

I know little Hazel Grace! She's quite famous on FB. I love, love ,love a happy ending. I cry tears of joy too. My husband loves animals, but as a guy, I don't think he understands why I become so emotional.

Neighbours!!!

And I'm not referring to the Australian soap opera!!

Although, that also annoys me?!

The current thing that is annoying me is WIND! It's also on my top three all time things that annoy me. Am I weird? Sometimes I think my hatred of it is unreasonable.

Edit; wind is so annoying that it literally makes everything annoying to me.

There's always at least one neighbor no matter where you live that is annoying! I feel ya on that one! My parents neighbor likes to bump his base at all hours of the night and shoot their dogs with BB guns. Their whole family is annoying.

A: where has beachgirlie gone?.. I wondered who tealgreen was in the user pool?..

B: your neighbour shoots his dog's with BB Guns? What the fuck?..

C: I also have an unreasonable hatred for wind, cars driving past or idling outside my house and banging doors!

My hatred for the latter is very extreme!! : )

The beach girl is still here. ;-)

Yes my neighbor is a total idiot and animal control does nothing. They say the dogs aren't injured so there's no proof. We've thought about stealing the poor pups but they would most definitely know it was us.

Yesssss, so glad I'm not the only one with a deep hatred for wind! Idling cars and banging doors are most definitely annoying to me as well. Heck yes, it's good to know I'm not just an easily annoyed b*tch. Or am I?

Your neighbours are obviously wankers!!..

And no, you're not an easily annoyed bitch?.. Unless we both are? ; )

I read once (Carlos Castaneda) that the wind is either your friend or your enemy.  I have always hated the wind and it hates me.  It weakens me and gives me earaches and even if I'm indoors the sound of it outsides makes me tired.  But I've also known people who are the opposite and the wind exhilarates and excites them.

This one has probably been repeated several times but I am not fond of doctors…or medical procedures for that matter. Lately I've had a particular dislike for pain management doc's. :-) I know, pretty boring...but there it is.

  2. LW815 @ LW815: They didn’t need to. They could have just continued on with the nature or the main purpose of what the relationship between us is, I didn’t really have anybody else to let it out to at the time and they both went far beyond what I’d expect. Not that I’d assumed they’re cold/A-holes - it was just a lot from somebody who’s technically a competent stranger.
