What Drugs Inhibit "satisfaction" In Your Experience

I haven't found one SSRI that doesn't completely fuck my pipes up!

In fact at one point, the only thing left for me, was to sit down for a piss and I could have been classed as a female!

Horrific drugs!!

However, what I am finding surprising is, as I taper off the Benz@'s, a lot of things have started working better still?..

Amazing the things you don't notice until you really take stock of the shit you're putting in your body?!

 
Paxil seems to have no adverse effects on my husband. It's almost frightening to think what he would be like without it! Probably just a walking, talking 24 hour hard on.

 
Yeah, I was gonna ask you about that, as you mentioned it in a previous post a while ago? It fucks me right up, absolutely useless?!...

Granted, I haven't taken it for years, but I reckon even if I looked at one, it would be down faster than a car park security barrier!

I can't believe it doesn't affect him?.

It must be the visual memory of you pulling your skirt up, while evading wasps at the fair that day? : )

No, not even that. That was my BF before I met my hubby. He was horrified when he saw me exposing myself in public. My husband would probably love it!

Fucking Paxil was the worst for me. Made my johnson into a gummy worm.

 
My significant other had problems with that on his SSRIs until his doctor put him on citalopram. It's not normally advisable for someone with bi-polar disorder but it works for him with none of the sexual dysfunction of others.

 
My girlfriend is on Wellbutrin (Bupropion) for a month now. Her sexdrive is CRAZY. Really completely bizarre. Just google 'bupropion sex' and you'll see she's not the only one that get's a sexual boost.

 
SSRIs ALL seemed to reduce my desire, infact the only AD that didnt (once I was stable on it) was Dothiepin - an older class trycyclic ... which infact was the only prescribed AD that really worked well for me

But as always with these things, everyone's different!

I used to get them prescribed by my doc but never got that kind of side effect,too many benzos especially with alcohol will bring about what is known in the uk as 'brewers droop'.

Opiates make reaching orgasm a long time,never tried viagra or anything like that so can't comment on them.

As i have tapered down recently from benzos i am finding things are getting back to the usual state,i'll leave that to your imaginations.

I was on Trazadone for an off label condition (mild insomnia after getting off of strong opiates). The first time I took it, I was chatting with this pretty cool chick. We decided it was late and headed to our separate rooms, and as we started walking I noticed a huge bulge in my pants. I stopped real quick and acted like my shoe was untied, but it was too late. She noticed the hard 2 inches (I know every guy exaggerates) and it was a bit akward, considering we just met hours ago, and well the obvious. I noticed every nite I would take it I would become super duper hard for almost an hour or 2. I asked my Doc about it. He said, "Well that is good for your partner, but bad for you". I told him that I was single and then we had a moment of silence. After being on them for almost a year, the viagra-like effects wore off. I stopped taking them back in November due to the fact that I was working a ton of hours, and if I took it when I got home around 3:30am, I would wake up just in time for work the next day. No matter how many alarms I set, I could not wake up early enough to do anything, except shower, eat really fast, and feed/let Peanut out to do his business.I would also feel real foggy and out of it until 5 or 6 hours after waking up. I did gain about 40lbs the first month I started taking them. Went from 150 to 194 at my high. I am now down to where I want to be, around 175-180.

 
Trazadone almost sounds like the perfect antidepressant with lack of certain side-effects, I have tried it but probably didnt give it a chance.

 
I love trazadone. But i did quit taking it when i quit tramp. No sex life changes when i stopped tho.m very interesting to hear from you guys about the trazadone effects.

 
SSRIs ruin libido and blunt the feeling of climax, that's enough to make you more depressed. It's a side-effect to which I have as yet found no solution. Any ideas? I heard wellbutrin was good for it but I don't want to just add other drugs for the sake of it, plus I tried that already, all it did was make me really edgy and anxious. sigh...

 
0pi@tes can really bugger up your sex life as well as your life generally!!.

When I was taking them daily I struggled to climax when in bed with the missus and when I was coming off them she just had to touch me and that was it over!.Not good when your trying to hide a 0pi@te addiction or deny that they are a problem with your life any more....

Actually my libido is only slightly affected by my bipolar meds (150mg Effexor and 200mg Lamictal, 1mg Klonopn and Lunesta as needed), the problem isn't even getting an erection, it's keeping it up.

My poor girl is losing her self-confidence, she thinks she's not attractive to me enough anymore, which is clearly not true, I'm absolutely attracted to her, but I'm a big fuck-up about halfway in the "process", then the engine stalls... Sucks... I have just adjusted back from 225 Effexor to 150 per my doctor's recommendation, but it's still not a 100% there. I know it's a process, but temporarily I'm in the process to find the right ED pill, to fix the problem. There's a sample package is on the way, so I shall see in a week or so. Until then, I hope my lady doesn't spend our savings on dildos.
