Why Did You Pick Your Screen Name?

I was gone for several months because an unhappy wife makes an unhappy life and I'm not about bringing trouble to others. Reading this thread made me realize how much I really miss the dbg community. I'm entertained for hours on end with education, humor, and relating to others whose lives are not cut from a cookie cutter (conformed to social regulations). Sid is my alter ego from all the sheets of acid I've taken from Syd Barret (Pink Floyd) and from Sid Vicious (Sex Pistols). Rycker is the demon I encountered during my meth psycosis. Is he a real demon or is it just the psycosis? Time told me he was my subconcious coming to the surface due to lack of sleep. By the way no one is lame for there choice of name...No One Is You-er than You says Dr. Suess.

I am currently unemployed for the third time in 5 years. Each time was harder than the last time and it just took so much out of me. I have 3 dogs who have been with me and they are the ones who keep me going every day. Hence, Happydog was born. Of course having 3 dogs I should of named my moniker plural! /default_smile.png

Mine is a name of one of the many  characters that my two boys make up crazy stories about  stories about for their imaginary play . Why they picked it - no idea - they come up with all kinds of crazy stuff . But not long after I signed off my first post as just "JB", I was wishing I had picked the name John Bonham -the greatest drummer who ever lived,  imo. And about that one issue anyway, my opinion is the correct one.

As you may have guessed, I've fed many pounds of nuts in my time. I've even had a couple rather tame squirrels that would eat from my hand or wander into apartment to hide walnuts under the furniture. Sadly, there aren't as many of the critters where we live now.

I would love to tame some of my squirrels, but I haven't worked very hard to make it happen.  I think that your squirrels coming into your house to hide nuts is hilarious!  Do they come back and look for them in winter or hard times?  My cats would totally love it if the squirrels came into our house - they would be all over that in a flat second.
