You all should really try Bretazenil

i got some and from my research couldn't tell what it was. zero normal effects from others in same class.

when testing 20x normal dose as last chance to get relevant data the effects were almost like a disso where everything reverberated.

was really interested in bretazenil's potential as something to wean one off this class

I'm going to venture a guess that you aren't physically dependent on benzodiazepines. I am, and even though I knew it was a partial agonist, there were contradictory studies on whether or not it precipitated withdrawal in dependent individuals, so I decided to give it a shot.

Thank God it had a short half-life (literature says 1.5 hours), because for about 5 hours after taking it, I felt like I was on day 3 CT. And it has a crazy high binding affinity like naloxone, meaning the only way to get out of WDs is to wait it out or take an insanely high dose of a full BZD, which can easily be lethal.

very curious if this played a part in my very very weird experiences with it. did not all ALL feel like PW, though.
 
That's interesting. From what I've seen in my own studies of the literature is that it doesn't necessarily cause precipitated withdrawal in all dependent people. I'm super curious why it would in some cases but not all
 
I wish I could feel brave enough & have the free time to give it a go. It sounds promising in ways, but the risks seem to outweigh the benefits to me rn. It would be great if it worked well as a taper, but most things I’ve read make it seem like it with just give me PWD.
 
depending on which receptor sites the mags one subscribes to and the level of subscription might determine if pw happens? studies i've read use it compared it to standard mags while less widely spread ones that target diff audiences could have different effects?

i'm still really really curious wtf mag i might even have. ideas for best place to send copypasta to for editor analysis?
 
Per Wikipedia: Bretazenil has a more broad spectrum of action than traditional benzodiazepines as it has been shown to have low affinity binding to α4 and α6 GABAA receptors in addition to acting on α1, α2, α3 and α5 subunits which traditional benzodiazepine drugs work on. The partial agonist imidazenil does not, however, act at these subunits.

On sleep:

Bretazenil alters the sleep EEG profile and causes a reduction in cortisol secretion and increases significantly the release of prolactin.[24] Bretazenil has effective hypnotic properties but impairs cognitive ability in humans. Bretazenil causes a reduction in the number of movements between sleep stages and delays movement into REM sleep. At a dosage of 0.5 mg of bretazenil REM sleep is decreased and stage 2 sleep is lengthened.[25]

I have an update to my original post regarding PWD. I'm on like day 10 of CT due to supply issues. Been feeling all the expected symptoms.

Then I remembered I had a sample of it sitting in the drawer. I did volumetric this time, took a much more reasonable dose of roughly 1 mg and 30 minutes later I felt a significant reduction in anxiety, which has been so crippling I've barely left my house. Another 1 mg later, and my appetite has returned. I actually feel like I want to eat and not have to force myself.

So I've definitely changed my mind about this one. Definitely very handy when you're between a rock and a hard place.

So i emailed Ambeed, and they have a policy in which they only interact (and process purchase orders) for customers with a business email. I've been needing to make a website for something anyways, so once that's done I'll reach out to them again. If anybody else has a business email address or their own domain let me know what they say. I'd be down to throw in for at least 5g for my GC/MS experiment

Will double down on earlier comments for individuals physically dependant on benzos.

This chemical can kill if you've got advanced dependancy. Such as severe kindling effects, a history of seizures, and poor tapers which resulted in PAWS. Here's a personal horror story

I never trust a pill unless I know the source, reputation, price, and packaging for good reason--- This past week I broke that rule. I had cut a long diaz taper too soon, and had a few days before the next arrivall

  1. A friend spared a few farmapram, and "Real Etiz Bars"... AGAIN I gave the lecture, that nobody in their right mind would use ultra-rare Etiz into an Alpraz Counterfeit. Its deschloro or a mystery-benzo." ... Telegram vendors are foolish, careless, if not intentional scammers 95% the time
  2. Tried 1/2 a Y-21 - felt like a clearer more physically relaxing Z-drug or 30 Minutes? Then super randomly dizzy and way more anxious , but didnt put two and two together, as my symptoms were thhat bad--- Took a Farmapram, and back to normal
  3. Finished Farmaprams the next two days and forgot about those odd Y-21 rapidly the next day assuming deschloroetizolam
  4. Instead of another grand mal seizure, I had severe delusions and hallucination, almost psychosis but Ive got zero history outside of anziety/depression/ADHD ..... it was worse than plain W/D
  5. Thought L.E. was after me, I was running around hiding sh*t in werd places; yelling out my back yard (rural) at kids partying that werent there. Total delerious panic with zero awareness.
I've done over 177 different chemicals, and dealt with combos, consequences, bad trips. Deleriants, D.T.s --- this was really specific... GABAergics are my #1 ... have had 3 Grand Mals ... good and bad tapers... years of PAWS in retrospect.... Kindling that gives rebound after two days using after six months off.

Nothing was like that ... I think the Partial Agonism, but as a Positive Allosteric Modulator led to the short positive effects, then super drive taking the rest after farmapram rebound. Straight Antagonist wouldve been instant hell in overdrive. --- Add Allosteric Modulation rather than non.


Well hope my shitty week is a okay read.... idk for certain if it was CL-218,872 or Bretazenil or either..... but I do lnow labs have had an overstock and nobody is reselling.

On the other hand w/o dependance, might've been a pretty good effect with no uhmmm psychois
