Easier for me to say as my order process was seamless for most part minor hiccup I can’t even remember what it was maybe a delay? (That was made up for with extra mags btw) But we all appreciate I’m sure these updates and communication! Thanks man! I did email tho about that offsite menu and never got it, I’d be curious about that one. Idk if it’s selective with who you give access too or not, I’d understand if so

Also in general some people might not have an email answered if you ask a question we dont feel comfortable answering or simply cant respond to for various obvious reasons. Site down? Nothing showing. Been eying you for over a month Rift, wanting to place my first order but hesitant from tons of mixed reviews. Some say tabs received are completely bunk. Would love a solid tab vendor would purchase massive quantities if it’s gtg
 
Just as an update for anyone that might be interested, I have talked to Rift recently, and he did help me understand what has been going on recently, and unfortunately I originally chose one of the most troubling items, and although there are still issues with this, I sent Rift my btc and he immediately refunded me and told me that he is still going to ship out my order. I absolutely plan on sending it back whenever I recieve my order, but I do appreciate that there were no excuses or anything like that, he just sent me back whatever was leftover from what I haven't gotten yet. I honestly thought there would be more back and forth to get that back, so if anyone has been waiting a long time like I have, I would just ask if you could get your coin back, at least for the meantime.

I will make sure to update if/ when something lands as well.
 
I was one of the many here waiting on movement … just stayed patient as Rift has always come through and can confirm my pack is now officially on its way. Thanks Rift!
 
Thank you - yes unfortunately for SR-17018, METMP, and ODSMT we had stock issues, then our reships never landed from BJC/LSRC (and now they are apparently shut down), then our partner labs who we work with domestically were supposed to ship those missing orders for us, then they never replied with tracking etc etc. So it's been a huge and very expensive mess (probably cost 2x so far what everyones ordered) but not a big problem for us. We have no reason to ever exit scam over a few thousand dollars worth of orders, we take losses like that every month, for various different reasons. And we've never refused a refund request (except in the case of someone changing their mind after placing an order, all orders are final).

All other products/orders there are no issues and are being shipped every 24-48 hours. New products being offered on off-site menu will be shipped every 48-72 hours. Please email me at riftchems@protonmail.com for a link to the off-site menu.

for our regular menu as always just order from riftchems.com as we do not accept email orders for those.

On a more meta note, we do expect continued difficulties in sourcing products so stocking up while things are available is always a smart move. Who knows what will be gone tomorrow and unavailable in the future. Prices may also rise as it becomes harder to source raw materials used to make our tablets and whatnot. Depends if china re-opens shipping for benzo analogue powders.

SR-17018 is expected to be restocked within a couple of days

Was just an update error on the site - its fixed now. Our minimum order quantity is temporarily removed so you can order 25ct of tablets to test. If anyone would like to try our tablets we suggest new customers order soon if they want to order small amounts, as we wont allow small orders for long.

I understand your frustration. I have been experiencing similar trials. But I can say that I Have been with Rift for around a year and it has, typically, until now really, been as you say, US2US just about a week from order to door.

As I said, I feel you, especially if you are new to Rift in general. Most people would probably walk away. I know I would if I didn't know of the other side of how Rift really typically is, and my experiences with him and with many others in the past as well, on here or elsewhere. I have heard back from him after a loooonnng wait for a reply, so that is a positive. And it is frustrating hearing him state that everything is sent out and tracking added, when I know mine has not so obviously that isn't fully true. I think he is doing his best, I think he is making mistakes, I think he could be doing things much much differently....

But I have no doubt his intentions are good, he IS legitimately trying hard and is not trying to do anything bad. I honestly thought after the gap that just happened he would have figured out a way or an increase in staff or a lowering in customers... But I am hoping he is still working on that, I have faith he will get it figured out and ironed out and all OUR stuff now will be fixed, and his system will be adjusted for not allowing this type of thing or these issues to arise again ... I would assume otherwise he's just asking for a life of stress and constant criticism and constantly trying to catch up.... I know he's trying, I know he's fixing it however slow or long it's taking. I hear your concerns and I agree with most on the frustration of it all.. as I said, especially if you haven't been around or used Rift much or if it is your first time.... Hang in there! I have no doubt we will be good from this particular situation. And then I guess what will happen is if he didn't get these issues figured out his way or whatever way, then ppl will just either quickly or slowly flow to a different vendor.... So either way, he fixes it and ppl stay, come back, or he gains even more customers... Or out or his own making, everyone eventually leaves.....

Im still in limbo with some stuff too and I think many our. I'm trying to stay calm and okay just as you. Good luck friend! 😊

Totally agree, I had placed two prior orders that came through seamlessly so I was coming into this delay giving him the benefit of the doubt. I think in this era of having Amazon drop shit off at you door within hours sometimes but pretty much always within 3 days has spoiled us. I totally can appreciate that this is not the same operation as typical online orders. The only thing that concerned me was the lack of communication during the first week or so but all of my emails over the past few days were answered within a day or so. His last post explained the delays that certain items faced and that is totally understandable, I think he would have gotten some goodwill if he just posted that earlier so people wouldn’t be assuming their money is gone when he says all packages have been sent out within 48hrs but I can also understand that posting that could cause people to not order despite the fact that it sounds like it was an issue with one of his partners that he thought he could fix but kinda avalanched into a bigger issue that he had since been able to straighten out. Like I said, this isn’t a company like Amazon, but on the other hand, some people may be in a situation where it could be medically dangerous when a shipment is delayed. I don’t think it’s fair to put that responsibility on a vendor as everyone is responsible for themselves at the end of the day, but I think this concern should make vendors give honest estimates about delays and shipping times so people can act accordingly. All in all I think this def could have been handled better but at the end of the day it seems like most of the people with issues who posted on here have been taken care of (so long as we weren’t shipped an empty pack or some shit like that) so given that this is a small under the radar company it’s nothing that can’t be forgiven. It was the holidays and shit happens so as far as I’m concerned this turned out fine.

I would really suggest not using services like Gmail. There are many secure, encrypted email services that you can use for free. Definitely get a Proton account or something ...and I'd also suggest going a step further and also looking into things like Snote (self destructing messages) for an added layer of security. Specially for conveying messages that contain sensitive personal information.
You can never be too careful... and it only takes a small amount of extra time and effort.

And in the end - it keeps everyone safer.

This should be OPSEC 101, but please don’t ever use Gmail or other unencrypted email services to communicate with vendors or anyone for that matter when it comes to this line of business.

You should only ever be using Proton, Tutanota, or another encrypted email service. You’re risking your freedom and putting others at risk who you communicate with by not taking 10 minutes to sign up for one of these free encrypted services.
