Zonked.... you do realize that it isn't Palm's fault your package was interdicted, right.  C B P / I C E snagged it at US point of entry. Scan the LL, email it to Palm and they will likely re-ship for you @ no charge, even though that isn't their normal policy.  They did that for me but maybe I'm just a lucky F'r.  IMHO, I would ask very nicely though when you send the copy and ask for re-ship if you choose to do so.  They never responded to my email but I had my re-ship of exactly what I ordered that was interdicted in 2 days.  Fastest delivery ever from them.  Just be sure to NOT respond to the LL no matter what.  (Again, just my opinion).  S-

So I scanned my LL emailed Maria asking Nicely for a reship for what has happened and first one with yrs.of business. ...First email I actually sent her in Spanish as recommended by my man S-..Well see .Just gave it a shot cause WHO doesn't want what they paid for....Oh well we will see.....I wrote it off but S- gave me some info to try...It is what is ...Had to give it a Shot. ...They pay peanuts for our goods...Hope a reship does go out now..But not counting 100 on ne thing ....tty ur ChefZ-

Hi Halflife, thanks for posting this. Not sure why you didn't keep both links up, but I hope people know that they just need to dig down to find that second, more valuable link that spills the tea.

I have known about it myself for a while. I thought most people did. It's not at all hard to find, and I would expect most advanced or even generally experienced members know about it, and if they don't, they should. In my view it should be a pinned post to warn everyone about the risks in this game. But hey, that's the mods/admins call.

I feel having this information accessible would help warn--or at least give a sense of what may be involved/lost (again, consequences) -- for the quality newbies, or anyone else who probably can't afford to have their stuff snagged. Hell, I've been doing this dance for 10 years, and I've been VERY lucky, yet god knows I can't afford a seizure at ALL right now. I can't even afford to place a decent fucking order, period. This list can help a person weigh the pros and cons. Again, mods/admins call.

Yet, I have to ask to all reading this, Isn't this sort of thing one of the reasons DBG is here? To help? To give the best, clearest, honest, vetted and most unbiased advice possible? Am I wrong?

By the way, that second link I am referring to is one hell of a read. Some of the snags I totally get, but a single package of rolling papers being seized? Four, yes FOUR V's? Hair straightener? Bloody CANDY? (real candy, not a euphemism.) This list reflects how our tax dollars are being pissed away, and also just how deeply "they" are crawling up our asses. Mind (and rectum) Blown.

If you have done a lot of business with Palm you can try scanning a copy of the LL and sending her an EM in Spanish politley asking that they give you a courtesy reship. She almost certainly will not reply but if you have done a fair amount of business with them you ... might.... get a reship although they do not have a reship policy. Be sure to use the .es email addy.

Heat is on them would recommend not ordering from them until C B Pee finds someone else to pick on which might be a while. Also would absolutely not use anything but a regular cc so you can at least do a charge back if you do not receive. Best of luck. oh and yeah the did list the meds on the LL but the listed the incorrect one. S-

Hey, Zonked.  first congrats on Chef thing.  I love to cook, actually got a casting call to audition for Master Chef 2 years ago, but too far for me to travel and on the 1 / 1M chance I got a fuckin' apron.... if I ran out of vacation time at my job before I got eliminated I would have gotten fired... so cool for you bro, sometime want to hear about your style of cooking etc....

I have not ordered since I rec'd my re-ship... still waiting for things to calm down as I don't think they have yet.  No real reason / evidence to support that statement, just gut feeling.  If it were me and you were in need, you may need to spend the extra $ in EM section... but you'll get delivery.  Hope you are OK.  S-

I'd have to agree. A speculative play on borrowed money with ANY vendor is a significant risk, but with Palmira? Not in a million years, given the feedback of late.
