I've tried to get in contact with Alex several times via the new email, and I've checked my spam folder.... I'm afraid my emails may be getting kicked to his spam folder... Any suggestions? I'm having the same problem with another vendor as well, but I'll post under his thread for that. 

 
@Scootover88 I would try using a different email on your end if you are having trouble with more than one vendor. I have better luck with my Gmail than my other account.

 
New customers can contact Alex at Alexdbgmembersonly@Gmail.com

This is for new customers only. Existing customers should continue to use the usual email.
Question,  how about old customers that didn't get an  email from him to contact him at new email address ?? So does  that make me  a new one with benefits or existing one without?? ????

Old customers that didn't get the first new email should get in touch with the new one and just identify yourself as a returning customer.

 
@Scootover88, have you tried using an e-mail from a different provider? A few vendors seem to have problems with certain domains, or at least it happened to me a while back. It might be worth a try. Good luck.

@mbs1 Thanks for he suggestion, I will try that in the future if I have problems. He actually finally got back with me, he had just gotten busy and skipped over it on accident. But the other vendor I was trying to get with said my email got kicked to his Favorites folder, even though we had never emailed before... Go figure!

 
Oh my! After sending funds 3 times I finally was able to get one through! Alex was perfect as always! None of the problems we had was his fault, just bad luck.

driver had car accident and other problems.

changed donations 3 x because they were unable to receive.

received Wednesday August 18

to Alex credit he even sent out before he actually received donations because he knew I was actually trying to pay. He received his donations after I received letter. Gave me plenty extra for the difficulties! Very happy with him for that! Again, none of the problems I had were Alex's fault. Problems beyond his control.

ordered bars and subs. Quality perfect, gave me a discount by buying 10 subs. And as mentioned before gave me 20 extra bars and 2 extra subs for delay!

PS... This is to everyone that has gotten spoiled with 24 hour turn around. Thankfully I'm a hoarder with pills! Sometimes even Alex has problems. If you can don't wait until last minute to order. I would have been sick as hell if I hadn't been prepared. After  have gone through that before I always stay ahead of the game to be safe..

He says that he hopes this is temporary until he finds something else. I can't mention on the board but he did overnight mine after all the delays. He has been through this problem before where it went to two day then returned to next day. So hopefully he can solve the matter and it will go back to the way it was before!

Well, my back pain has gotten to that point, that I'm crying at each breath-take, so as an opioid virgin (I took a 5mg Vicodin once from my dentist when I was 20, haha), here we go, let's see if Roxanne is really going to be worth my friend's hard-earned money, because Roxanne, tonight you'll have to put on the red lights, all 30 of them.

Funny, I've administered hundred of gallons of brutal opioids, but the worst thing has ever happened to me is breaking my nose as I was trying to impress a girl when I was five, and my dad said "suck it up". So no PK history for me at all. (Tram@dol doesn't count, that's Mickey Mouse and a bitch in one).

I just hope I don't turn into a real life Nurse Jackie!

Thanks for working with me with such patience, Alex, the transaction and the hassle with fucking WU was a pain in the rectum, but I'm glad you worked with me with such nice manner.

I can, great quality as I find everything I have gotten from him. Pricey though. I remember when I used to get 10 for $200.00

My last 2 orders with Alex went well. The carrier messed up one of the orders (not his fault of course). He always maintains communication (even when I'm annoying and send a few too many emails lol). Alex will always work hard to fix any issues (i.e one of the orders I placed I didn't receive a TN- he sent my package ON the next day). Good quality meds (Vikings and occeees of the 30th degree) as always. Alex is honest and a great vendor! 

 
Forgot to post, ordered 8/16 for 2-day, was explained about one day delay, rec'd 8/19. I appreciate A being so upfront about delays. He is still the most reliable in my book. vals and bars good as always.
I actually prefer his gens vs brand on vals this route. great vendor.

 
Made an order today with Alex.  Told me okay to send money WU and was then told his guy could not pick up b/c too many transactions with that name for the month (huh??).  Then gives me different name and states they are being told money is not available.  Called WU and That's not the case.. No response from A.  Was wondering what I should do bc I feel like I am playing games right now.... :( .  And with my emotions

@Amricha1 I would call wu and request a refund and begin the transaction anew.  Wu may be telling you one thing and the receiver another....I would err on the side of A as he is one of the best out there and is also one of the nicest out there. I wouldnt fret....just start over.

  11. xenxra @ xenxra: @CalFresh if you are able to DM me (in a secure manner) the transactions associated with your btc theft, i can look into that part for you at least. i;m still 99% certain if the fbi didn't discard my leads they could have gotten some of my coins back and considering you had your coins stolen within the us, you have a much better chance of recovery than me. unless they went through mixers i could probably trace them myself.
