I am so sorry for not keeping up on my reviews now that I'm getting myself together and my life together I'll be better but my last probably 15 next day orders for bars and my girl Val have all gone by without a hitch received in 24 hours. I've had nothing but perfection with Alex. I also told him I had a tooth ache and he sent me a course of doxycycline for free. Expensive but worth it when you're in a pinch! Grade A++++again I apologize for late reviews. Doing much better now!

I am also having this problem. I have tried and tried and it keeps telling me I have incorrect spaces or capitals and to check my spelling and the email is bouncing back every time. I have the email for old customers but I am a new one and try to stick to the rules. Can anyone help me with getting an email to Alex?

His email is correct on the first page. I had a problem earlier on too and then I tried sending from another email address myself and it's worked wonders since. Hope this helps and good luck stay safe.

As usual perfect as always. Donation made it 5/1 before cutoff. Normal converation with A of checking in and seeing how the other was doing, which of one of the reasons I stay. Not knocking anyone else, but A has always been more personable imo.

arrived today without issue. She isn't a 10, but I'd say Val rates a solid 7-8.

That's exactly why I only use Alex!  He's so personable and friendly. Never really gets frustrated with silly questions. Just an all around great guy!

Contacted company donation was made through and was told I had been flagged because of my charity's recent activities.  

Donation made through different company 05/04 @ 1:07 PM (EST) 

Alex asked me to check my reference # 05/04 @ 1:44 PM (EST)

Sent corrected donation info 05/04 @ 2:29 PM (EST)

Had to change delivery to next-day Saturday from 2nd day (earlier in the week)... Alex took some Watson supplies out of the package to cover the difference. 

TN received 05/05 @ 9:53 PM (EST) 

Arrived 05/06 @ 10:30 AM (EST)

Watson eight5threes - not bad but def not impressive - assumed vics were going to be brand name since all other generics were clear... Didnt work half as well as I'm used to but can't say they're bad - maybe I was just hurting more than normally / a few purple perkies - worked great but no good for me on normal workdays. 

 
I tried to correct my original post but I shouldn't have said quality was iffy with the eight5threes.  Everything is as it should be.

My numerous bakery orders with Eiffel Tower are always brilliant. 

As we all can relate as business owners,

it helps to have a second opinion and a Plan B for inventory & large orders. Just in case

Ordered and funded 5/17 before cutoff. Ordered On which he is normally great at. Tn never received later in the evening like normally.

5/18

Emailed Alex to get update on my order and he said he also had to take extra precautions so order wasn't able to ship right away. No big deal I want everyone to be as safe as possible. Told me my Order would ship later and he'd have a tn for later in the evening and package would arrive the following day. 

5/19 package arrived with lady Roxane safe and sound with no hold up along the route. Thankfully!!! Was very pleased with Alex honesty and professionalism once again he came through like he always does. Responded quickly as possible to my emails. That goes a long way in my book. Like I said before I'll take a day late over not jreprodizing anyone's safety anyday. Quality spot on as usual!

Not sure what to do post or nothing. Had a glitch like several other of my friends late last week. All was made good Tuesday and Wednesday could not be happier that I received at all after first problem. A is the best in my book! A❤️❤️❤️
